"We toured Windsor at Celebration. We were shown all of the amenities. When you walk in, they're very friendly and very welcoming. They have a visiting nurse, which I thought was nice along with the regular staff. They have activities. Surprisingly, they weren't being used much. So, having facilities nobody uses is kind of strange. You have a nice lounge, where you could watch the fireworks at Disney and they have some drinks on Sundays. We visited a two-bedroom unit. It had everything we needed. It's a lot smaller than what we're used to now, so that's a consideration of what we have to do. They did not offer us lunch, and I was disappointed not knowing what they had on their menu. It was lunchtime also. They did invite us back for lunch, but I doubt if we'll have a chance to go. The staff was very polite and seemed professional, listened to us, and answered all our questions. So I was impressed by the staff and the person who greeted us when we came in the lobby, who showed us around."

"I toured The Addison of Narcoossee. It's a very nice place. It's just a room with a bathroom. It's like a hotel. It doesn't have a kitchen or anything in it. They have a center area where they do all the cooking and everything. They do all the meals three times a day. So, that would be a place I'd want to retire in. They're not like a closed facility. If you're a capable senior, they would let you sign yourself out. You could drive around, go places, do things, and come back. They have their own shuttle that takes them places. They really try to keep people active and keep them moving. They keep them doing things so that they're not getting to the point of becoming completely disassociated with the world. The person who showed me around during the tour was very friendly, nice, and knowledgeable."

"My mother is at HarborChase of Dr. Phillips. The staff is outstanding. I'm very pleased with it. I have no complaints whatsoever. It's very clean, they're very attentive to her, and they feed her. They're providing her with physical therapy, and they will provide various therapies that she's going to need. They have a salon, a small gym, and a swimming pool. The food is very good. It's all very modern, and it's all very good. It's a little costly, but she's getting her money's worth. It feels homey. The dining area is very large with many tables and chairs. It's four to a table, and it's a very nice dining/restaurant setting."

"The place is always clean and tidy when i visit my parents, which is usually on a weekend. They also was seem happy and at peace and look well. the care home allows organise outings that my patrents really enjoy as it means that they not kept on property all the time. They have everything they need on site, such as a barbar shop and a fitness center that my parents have both used. "

"The Blake at Hamlin is a fairly new facility. Everything was new and clean. The rooms were nice. You provide your own furniture. The director was very knowledgeable and helpful."

"The Summit of Winter Garden was the best of the places I visited. They made sure I knew right away that they did not take Medicaid. The person who did the tour was very knowledgeable about what was going on. She was very good. The apartments were laid out well. They had a few advantages over most of the others. They had balconies on every apartment and laundry in the bathroom. Everything was set up very nicely. The dining area was very nice, too. Then I went into one of their activities rooms. They had a pool table, and someone came in to play. She showed me around most of the activity rooms and all three floors. They really had a lot a lot of things going for them."
