My husband is now at Excellence Senior Living. He has been there for six weeks now. It's close to my house, which makes it convenient. The facility is clean. It's a beautiful facility. The girls that I have dealt with in the unit seem to be very nice and very accommodating. I've been there when they've served meals. Their food usually looks good and smells good. As for activities, my husband is not much of one to get involved in, but I know they tried. Some of the games are like physical therapy to help you with your coordination and everything. Usually, when they start activities, he leaves and goes back to his room, but the activities I've seen seemed good.

Excellence Senior Living - Orlando is an absolutely beautiful facility, well appointed, quite luxurious, well staffed, and the residents seemed happy. They are just ridiculously expensive. It's sparkling. I'm not doubting that it would be worth the money. It was well maintained and it had a wonderful security gate upfront. The staff was wonderful. I can't say enough about any of them. The food looked very nice, and there were several alternatives for people with special diets.

I toured Excellence Senior Living - Orlando. It's brand new. The person who gave me the tour, I think one of the directors there, was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. The rooms were nice. When I went there, it was in the afternoon. I did not see a lot of people there because I think they must have been in their rooms, or at activities. They had some very nice amenities that would have kept everybody busy. So, that was a nice place. They showed me the menu and it looked good. They have a variety that was offered. The dining room was very pretty and very nice. Everything's new and clean. There was only one thing there the day that I was there, the air conditioning was out in part of the building, but they had workers there working on it. So, it's just one of those things that happens in Florida. They did have a patio. They also have a beauty salon, which is nice.

We toured Excellence Senior Living - Orlando. She took me on the tour and I took pictures and videos and I showed it to my sister, and she liked it also. They have an exercise area. They have an area where they can go outside. It's like a big patio. They have clinics with doctors which is good. The rooms that they showed me were very nice and very accommodating for one person. They have a place where they can sit and play bingo. Another place where they can just sit down and read, another section where they can read or just sit and relax. There's another one they had like a TV. I don't know if it's a movie night or just to watch TV but that was also nice. The bathroom was pretty nice. The bathtub was a walk in, which is good. Everything was nice. They gave me a menu and everything looked like it was very good food. The place is very clean. The staff were very polite and respectful.

Excellence Senior Living is a nice, clean facility. It's very bright and has lots of windows and natural lighting. The staff is friendly. What I don't really like is the food. My father is not real happy with the food. I'm hoping that can improve. The rooms are spacious. I'm happy for the room. It's not too small. It's clean. It was good. For the memory care residents, they have an activity room, it's very close to my father's room. He just walks down to an open area with a TV and lots of windows, and there are other activities they do in there, too, and that's where they all eat together. If they choose to, they can also eat in their room. They do bingo, arts and crafts, and they do wheelchair calisthenics. They do different exercises in their wheelchairs. They can also go outside. There's a patio area that's secure and they can go out there. There's also a room with comfortable couches and a big TV. If they want to go in there, they can also use that room. The staff has been very good.

We toured Excellence Senior Living. At that particular time, I didn't feel like they sat down and evaluated my issue like I wanted them to. They didn't ask a lot of questions as the other places did. The staff members were professional and gave us information, but we didn't have a meeting with them. It's a nice facility, there's nothing wrong with this facility. But they just have so many rooms in there, and I didn't want to take my mom to where there were so many of them.

I liked Excellence Senior Living - Orlando. It looked like a hotel and the prices were good because they're not very expensive compared to others. The place was very well decorated and everything was in place. The seniors were active and we saw nurse's stations on the floors. It's really beautiful outside and inside. We saw the staff on the move, working with seniors, and they were very kind. They were wanting to help the seniors and were just active with them. I like that for my mom. They have a salon and a therapy room that the residents use with a therapist. It looked like a gym and it's very nice. We saw the kitchen and the dining room where they eat, and it was very nicely decorated and beautiful. They serve the residents and if they don't want to eat what they're served, they can ask for something else and they will prepare it for them.

Excellence Senior Living Orlando was just what their name is. It was excellent, very clean, and very friendly people. I got to see some of the residents there. Everybody was just very happy. They were friendly. The manager was a very nice man. He gave me a lot of information. The dining area looked like a restaurant. It was very clean and beautiful. It's just the entire place there was very, very nice. I didn't try the food. They were in the process of cooking at that time, and it smelled good. They have physical therapy, and they have a dentist. They have a ballroom, and they come there and some of the residents go in and exercise with a coach there. They have a few things that was very nice but what won me over was the physical therapy and a dentist. They have a doctor there as well. So those three won me over, but the physical therapy and a dentist got me.

We toured Excellence Senior Living. It was very good. The facility was the newest of all of them that we visited. They had things on multiple floors. They had a separate dedicated library. It seemed they had more amenities. They used to have a snack area, but they had to close it because of COVID. My mom didn't like it so much. For me, it seemed more institutional like. They had a separate library.

I went to Excellence Senior Living. Everything was excellent there. The location was nice. It is a good location. It is very good. The receptionist was good, and the guy that gave me the tour was very good. He was excellent, and he explained everything to me. Everything was laid out really good, and all the rooms were clean. They were excellent. They have a little park in the middle of the building where they could go.

My experience with Excellence Senior Living was very good. The staff was very uplifting. I'm leaning towards placing my sister there. I'm very pleased with the rooms and the entire facility. I did a complete tour of the facility, their kitchen area, their dining area, their community areas, and the rooms. I found it to be very clean. I'm very satisfied with the cleanliness of it. The coordinator or the liaison between the family and the facility was a great help.

Excellence Senior Living - Orlando looked like a Marriott Hotel. It was very nice, very clean, and there was no odor. It looked like a very well kept place. I had to wear a gown and a mask and everything, so they're really being very precautious. The staff was very accommodating and very knowledgeable. A gentleman was walking by me and he was smiling and happy. To me, that was a good sign. It felt homey. The place was outstanding. Everything was very nice.

Excellence Senior Living - Orlando is like an amazing five-star resort. Everything you look at is really nice, but that part of Orlando is not good. The price seemed OK. I didn't care for the GM too much. She seemed rude and didn't seem to care very much. My sister can't get them to call her back. The dining area was beautiful. They have a lot of activities, a huge movie theater, a gym, and an outside patio area where they can have barbecues and dances. I just didn't care for the location and the manager very much. Other than that, the place was great.

My visit to Excellence Senior Living was good. It was good, it was very new, and the people were very pleasant. It was my second choice, and I would love to live there. However, the room was very small, and would not accommodate me.

Excellence was beautiful and looked like a resort. The staff was very friendly. It's brand new, so right now they only have 20 residents, although they can hold a couple hundred. I would have loved to move my dad in there if they offered 24-hour care, but they didn't. They served breakfast, and there's a little kitchenette open 24 hours a day that you can go down to and get chips, Coke, and things like that. They had people come in and sing, arts and crafts, little classes, and dancing. They didn't have a lot of activities going on because they're new.

Excellence Senior Living was beautiful. It was hotel like. It had gorgeous surroundings. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I saw that they had arts & crafts and therapy, and they had concerts on weekends. The rooms were very spacious with high windows. It was very nice.

What a wonderful community. Everything is brand new and looks fantastic. I’ve visited Excellence to look for a place for my mom. Right away I was greeted by a friendly and caring staff. The Community Director showed me around and explained all the benefits. My visit was just around lunch time and I could see the residents enjoying their meals. It looked great and I got invited to have lunch. The Chef really created a delicious meal and I am sure my mom will enjoy this place. I can’t wait to show it to her and have her moving in, soon.
