I am using VitalCaring Group. The agency is excellent because I had another agency in the beginning and none of the RN or nurses that came to my house knew how to use a wound vac and the VA fired that agency. Their excellent nurses all know how to use a wound vac for pressure sores/ulcers and know how to take care of wounds. I also had physical therapy here in my home, and these nurses are incredible. The therapists are very caring people. They also know what they're doing as far as wound care, and that is big. I'm glad I found VitalCaring Group. They're very caring people, very good, and always on call if you need them. They change the bandages. I have five pressure sores/ulcers and they're healing. They've always been accommodating, even when you call, and very caring. They will come out on weekends, too. A lot of places don't come out on weekends. This place does.
