Our first caregiver from We Elderly Care was wonderful. She met all of our qualifications really well, related with my husband well, was really good with him, and she did housekeeping. We were very pleased with her. We have another one who seems very nice too, pleasant and able to do the things that we're asking. So far, we're pleased with the kind of help we've had. The first one had a real sunny disposition and she went over and above on things. I had asked her to do some laundry and she ended up cleaning the house. She was very professional in everything she did and made him feel comfortable. One time my husband had a really high blood pressure and I called the agency and I had a chance to talk to a nurse and I got advice from her. I appreciated the fact that they were available to me 24 hours and I could get advice in what to do in that situation and that worked really well.
