"I have no beefs with Right at Home. I like everything. I've been blessed to have them. All of the caregivers that they sent me have been wonderful. Danielle is here five days a week and she treats me like a mother almost. We get along wonderful together. Danielle's been with me for about three years, and the other people have been with me for quite some time too. They have to take me everywhere I go because I don't drive. They go with me to doctor's offices. They go shopping and do a lot of my shopping for me. They help me in the house. I don't have any problem with billing and scheduling. Value for money is fair. I have no complaints with what kind of care I've had in the years I've been with them. Connie and Crystal are also very good caregivers."

"My father lives in my rental house, and I have a nurse from Comfort Keepers coming in to care for him in the home. The caregivers are outstanding. They are very caring young ladies that come in, and my father has been in a very good mood since they started taking care of him. They are a good companion for him throughout the day. I just can't say enough good things about them. And the other thing I have to add is they are very affordable for the services they offer. I would say that the best part about their services is they work completely with what you need. In other words, the days I needed them and the exact hours I needed them, they were more than happy to facilitate anything I needed. "

"My caregivers at Caretime of Florida help me with food, bathing, and grocery shopping. The work attitude is sometimes good and sometimes bad. They have worked with me for three years, and I have one caregiver every day. They also take me to get my hair done and help me with laundry."

"We're currently using AMLOVE SENIOR CARE for my mother. We have somebody come in six hours a day. They cook, they clean, they administer her medicine, and they run errands for her. For the most part the caregivers are pretty good, but sometimes they have some problems with schedule."

"I have been a current client of Concierge Care - Villages/Ocala for 5 years. They provide complete care for 12 hours a day from 8:00 in the morning until 8:00 at night. I have the same person with me for 12 hours a day, five days a week, and we have the same person on the weekend. Both caregivers have been with us for over three years. They don't handle medications, but they take care of everything else. They assist my wife in going to the bathroom and help feed her. They respond promptly to any changes or requests."

"Comfort Keepers has been a tremendous help to our family over the past year. After my mom took a fall in late 2018, Natalie came in to help my father for several hours each day. She quickly became an indispensable part of his and my mom's life. Kind, generous and warm-hearted, Natalie was, as my dad said, "his bodyguard." Dad passed away last month and Natalie was a major part of his happiness in that final year of his life. And she continues to provide tremendous comfort to my mom. Thank you Natalie and thank you Comfort Keepers. "

"This agency provided in home and in facility caregiver services. They provided my father with companionship, personal care and advocacy. Caregivers made daily reports to administration. They tried hard and did a great job matching the caregiver with the family. Caregivers were kind and communicative with the out-of state family members. They always returned my calls or texts. My father had the same caregiver most days. As with all caregiver agencies, they are short staffed at times, and the hours of service would sometimes vary. Communication with the administrative personnel has been very poor. I have not had response from them via email or phone messages after numerous tries over 4 months. I need their assistance in getting my father's long term care costs reimbursed by insurance. The insurance company tells me that most providers respond to requests for information within 7-10 days. I have repeatedly had to call the insurance company to reopen the claim due to lack of cooperation from My Brother's Keeper. The services provided were paid out of pocket via automatic credit card charges. In short, we have been unable to make use of my father's long term care insurance benefits because of the unresponsiveness of My Brother's Keeper administrative staff."

"We hired Preferred Care at Home of The Villages. Mostly they take care of my mother and they also do everything you ask. They started with the four hour morning work routine, and now they do the evenings too. They do a good job as far as keeping my mother clean and happy. They also work well with hospice. They have one or two people that come in the morning, and one or two in the evening, and it's usually the same person. The pricing is comparable with everybody else, they're always very professional, courteous, they're prompt with changes in their schedule, and they make sure somebody is always there."

"Families Come First has incredible caring individuals who have cared for my father for over 2 years. They become like an extended part of our family. My father suffers from stage 3 Alzheimer's disease and is totally bedridden. There are no skin issues at all thanks to the wonderful care he receives. They help with household chores when he is sleeping. They truly do put families first and I recommend them to anyone who wishes to remain independent at home but needs that extra help. I find their rates to be very affordable as well. "

"They are professional and easy to work with I have had their services about 2 and a half years. I have live in help with one 5 days and nights and one covering the other 2. The one working does not leave until relieved by the other. We have had situations but have never been left without someone here from the Agency. Our caregivers are both outstanding and have become part o.f our family. I could not take care of my wife without them. They do what ever is necessary and never complain. My wife is truly dependent on they and they laugh and giggle at times like they are teenagers. The Agency has been great to work with. They have handled the paper work with our Insurance company."

Called this agency for my grandmother, they came out quick and were able to help her. So thankful that we did not need to put her in a facility.
