This company dropped me. They canceled my services on a Fri. knowing full well I had a much-needed medical treatment appt the following Monday. I was left without a way to get to that appt. I found out I was "discharged" when calling the office on Mon morning asking why my caregiver was late. I have tried to no avail to speak with the RN that discharged me and left me stranded. I have called and left messages and so far, nothing, Not a text, not an email, nothing. Common courtesy aside, the lack of professionalism is astonishing. There are better agencies out there

Called this agency for my grandmother, they came out quick and were able to help her. So thankful that we did not need to put her in a facility.

This company has been great, they helped me after surgery and was able to stay and help with bathing, food and house cleaning for a while when I was recovering. Great staff.
