I have been a current client of Concierge Care - Villages/Ocala for 5 years. They provide complete care for 12 hours a day from 8:00 in the morning until 8:00 at night. I have the same person with me for 12 hours a day, five days a week, and we have the same person on the weekend. Both caregivers have been with us for over three years. They don't handle medications, but they take care of everything else. They assist my wife in going to the bathroom and help feed her. They respond promptly to any changes or requests.
