We're currently using AMLOVE SENIOR CARE for my mother. We have somebody come in six hours a day. They cook, they clean, they administer her medicine, and they run errands for her. For the most part the caregivers are pretty good, but sometimes they have some problems with schedule.

Female caregiver submitted time sheets for time she was not there. Also very unreliable and did not show up when expected. Billed for time she was not there.

Very unreliable company. Caregiver did not show up when scheduled and documented she did the tasks for the client when in reality she did not. Billed for overtime and mileage when that was never discussed. Promised a lot delivered so little.
