We are not a nurse registry or a referral service.All caregivers are covered under workers comp, unemployment, and have liability insurance. We have Home by Choice. Their caregivers are wonderful. They are angels! They are just the sweethearts! They do everything, and they know everything I need. They are always happy to help me. One girl we have is actually a fabulous cook. We're very happy. I only have them here for about a month, but I would recommend them. They're fantastic. The owner of the company came to meet me, and I thought that was very special too. The ladies they send are also wonderful.

I’ve been using Home by Choice since February. They always have someone here, and they’re never late. I can talk to the management on the phone. It took a week to get a consistent caregiver. There’s never been a single bad match.

Very professional. The owners have been in healthcare in Gainesville for 40+ years. I met with 3 other companies whose owners backgrounds were either a company up north, a jeweler or a construction material owner. They made suggestions and gave us information about their company but would not bad mouth their competitors even when asked out right. They focused on their services which showed me that they were confident in their company. We love the caregivers they send.

Very helpful. They have provided caregivers to our family member for 2 years. They always keep in touch with any issues that may come up so that we are aware of them(none of us live in town). We like the fact that we pay one bill a month and know that the caregivers have workers comp and insurance. We used a company in Gainesville that presented like the caregivers worked for them only to find out when one of them got hurt and wanted to fill against the homeowners insurance for medical bills that the caregiver was a subcontractor and the agency provided no coverage.
