"We got Interim as an in-home care provider through the Veterans Administration. They contacted me immediately upon hearing from the VA and processed everything right away. Therapist at home. Amount due $692.01. However, I was not home bound. In fact I saw my doctor on 01/07/2016. Needless to say I will appeal this also. Customer service rude. The billing department answers as Baptist Choice..Please do not confuse this group with Baptist Home Health! I am not sure how the billing is coming from Doctor's Choice and the billing department is using Baptist Choice. I do know that I am tired of yearly bills from this group. "
