"My client has worked with Home Instead for about eight years and we just continued with them, even though we're working with different people. It's great. Jordan is our primary contact there if I have any issue with anybody or need additional services. Right now, we're just using one night person that works two nights a week, 14 hours each. We were using someone else and they left. We aren't using anyone else right this minute except for Skyler. My client doesn't need healthcare services. She is a very young 91-year-old, but she has short-term dementia, that's why she needs supervision. It's just companion services, just to be in the house at night rather than being by herself. We have housekeeping every other week, so they don't have to do a lot of housekeeping. I take care of all the medicines as far as getting them in a pill container, but they take things out of the pill container and give to her at night and in the mornings. Skyler is kind, dependable, thorough in her duties, and responsive to all of my inquiries. I just can't say enough good things about her. She anticipates what may be needed without always being told. She's a gem. I wish I could clone her. If I could clone her, then I'd probably be using more people through Home Instead."

"We use Concierge Care for my husband's aunt. We have used them since July 2021. Most of the caregivers are either CNAs or home health aides, and they have all been very pleasant and very attentive to her. They're reliable and easy to work with, and we've been pleased with them. They give her her medications, so medication management. They also provide light housekeeping and laundry, they assist her in going for walks and taking her out socially or to lunch, they prepare light meals and companionship. They assist her when she needs it for bathing, changing linens, and things like that. So it's personal care. She's pretty independent with that now, but originally, we got them because she fell and had a broken hip and needed care at home, but we've continued it because of her cognitive decline. They're wonderful. We had one or two exceptions, but for the most part, we have one person who comes all week during the day and a different person on the weekends, and they've all been very lovely. They get along well and are well equipped to deal with a patient with dementia or Alzheimer's. I would recommend them. I think they're a little on the expensive side, but when looking at other agencies, they seem to be comparable. We live in New York and our aunt is in Florida, so we're not there constantly. From our assessment and our judgment, and from what we see, she's extremely well cared for and safe, and that's our main priority. I met with most of the caregivers. We did not meet the two new ones recently, but the ones that have been with her a long time, we have met with them."
