We use Concierge Care for my husband's aunt. We have used them since July 2021. Most of the caregivers are either CNAs or home health aides, and they have all been very pleasant and very attentive to her. They're reliable and easy to work with, and we've been pleased with them. They give her her medications, so medication management. They also provide light housekeeping and laundry, they assist her in going for walks and taking her out socially or to lunch, they prepare light meals and companionship. They assist her when she needs it for bathing, changing linens, and things like that. So it's personal care. She's pretty independent with that now, but originally, we got them because she fell and had a broken hip and needed care at home, but we've continued it because of her cognitive decline. They're wonderful. We had one or two exceptions, but for the most part, we have one person who comes all week during the day and a different person on the weekends, and they've all been very lovely. They get along well and are well equipped to deal with a patient with dementia or Alzheimer's. I would recommend them. I think they're a little on the expensive side, but when looking at other agencies, they seem to be comparable. We live in New York and our aunt is in Florida, so we're not there constantly. From our assessment and our judgment, and from what we see, she's extremely well cared for and safe, and that's our main priority. I met with most of the caregivers. We did not meet the two new ones recently, but the ones that have been with her a long time, we have met with them.
