"Enhabit Home Health is very good and very attentive. They listen to what my father needs and what I need. They've offered services that he didn't expect, like social services. They have a very good bedside manner and we're using them for both the nurse (home health), as well as physical therapy and occupational therapy and I've never had a problem with any of them. They're very good with helping me follow up on his doctors because some doctors are not the most responsive. I would highly recommend them. You can tell they care about the patients. It's not just a 9 to 5 to them. They want to do what's in the best interest of the patients. We've had a couple of instances where, because of their recommendation, my father had to return to the hospital, and without their recommendation, I don't think I would have made that choice, but it all turned out for the better because they were able to spot things and figure out things that were not well with him. In some cases, they were able to save his life. So, I have nothing but respect for this company. The scheduling is very simple. I'm well aware of what the schedule is before the week begins, so it's been very easy. The billing is handled by Medicare. So I don't have to worry about the bill."

"We used Signature HomeNow for my mother before. They were concerned about her. They kept coming twice a week, and she seemed to like them. I would recommend Signature HomeNow. They were pretty nice. The nurses would come in, check her blood pressure, her temperature, and talk to her to see how she was doing. They did offer physical therapy to come in, but my mom changed health insurance, and they were waiting for approval. I ended up taking her back to the hospital. They were very caring, they were very calm, and they had a way of talking with my mom. If I was having a hard time trying to convince her to go to the hospital because I was concerned that she needed it, the home health nurse would kind of encourage my mom. She was calmer about it, and she helped my mom get in the car and everything. That was very helpful because if it was just me trying to get her to go, it would be, "I'm not going. I'm not going." The nurses were very, very friendly."

"I can not say enough great things about the nursing staff at Nirvana. My nurses were very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for me on numerous occasions. I was on multiple medications that I didn't understand and I had a wound on my foot that wouldn't heal. The way my doctor told me to care for my wound was not working but my nurse called and waited on hold for 30 minutes to get permission to use an advanced dressing. "This place is a joke. We used them for a short time and most of the staff were horrible. The nurse that came to do the admission was very rude and impatient. I was paying cash for services for my dad and half the time the office messed up the scheduling. Some the LPN's were great but the RN's were horrible. Would not recommend this company!! "
