The physical therapist was good! But the rest I am really disappointed in. I was on blood thinners for the first time in my life and had to be monitored. The nurse came out once a week for 2 weeks. Then nothing... No phone calls, no visits, no followups. Now almost 3 months has past and I just now hear from them as I received a 'discharge" notice that they were discontinuing me as my insurance authorization had ran out!!! I am no stranger to home health care and this is the first time I have had this agency. I didn't request them, it is the one the nursing home assigned to follow up with me. I will make it a point to NEVER ever have these people again!
