Enhabit Home Health is very good and very attentive. They listen to what my father needs and what I need. They've offered services that he didn't expect, like social services. They have a very good bedside manner and we're using them for both the nurse (home health), as well as physical therapy and occupational therapy and I've never had a problem with any of them. They're very good with helping me follow up on his doctors because some doctors are not the most responsive. I would highly recommend them. You can tell they care about the patients. It's not just a 9 to 5 to them. They want to do what's in the best interest of the patients. We've had a couple of instances where, because of their recommendation, my father had to return to the hospital, and without their recommendation, I don't think I would have made that choice, but it all turned out for the better because they were able to spot things and figure out things that were not well with him. In some cases, they were able to save his life. So, I have nothing but respect for this company. The scheduling is very simple. I'm well aware of what the schedule is before the week begins, so it's been very easy. The billing is handled by Medicare. So I don't have to worry about the bill.
