Granny NANNIES is doing a great job. We only use it for three hours a day, which is a relief for my aunt. My uncle went in to have his knees replaced, but he was also a diabetic, and a couple of weeks after, he lost circulation and ended up amputating both legs. We asked for them just to come in to the home for three hours, so my aunt can go out, sit on the porch, have a cup of coffee, and not worry if my uncle needed something done. They are wonderful and very patient. You can call them 15 times in 5 minutes, and they are very pleasant. The caregiver is always 15 minutes early. We get the bill in the mail, and then we pay it once a month.

I've been a client of GN for over 7 months taking care of my mom in Jacksonville. In the beginning was fine, not great but fine. If you're lucky enough to get a good nanny, not so bad, however, we had Nannies that are not very helpful, never on time, yet they want you to pay even if they are late. I called about being charged before the nanny arrives. I don't mind so much if she's 10 or 15 minutes late, just start the charge once the nanny is there (not sitting in the driveway) and the nanny was clocking in on time even when late. Iwas told by Sandy that there was no way they , or any company could be on time...Wait, what? When I complained about the nanny yelling at our cat, GN decided to abandon my mom. Leaving her with no caregiver. This is no way to run a business. Very unprofessional, and very disappointed. I would not recommend this service to anyone who cares about their love ones.
