Some of the female residents 'pan handle' or offer 'favors' for change. I wouldn't leave my dog with this company! I feel so bad for these people and the lack of care they receive "

"I liked Moosehaven's location. It was just right in the middle of all of our relatives. So, we don't have to travel too far, and I believe their quality of care is outstanding. They have a pool, a woodshop, barbershop, beauty shop, a movie theater, a chapel right on site, and it's gated, so it has security. The person who gave the tour was just knowledgeable. We were invited to a luncheon, which was very spaced out with plenty of room between us and the next party. A handful of guests were there for lunch and a guest speaker."

"My father was a "peach" about 4 years ago before he passed on September 8, 2013 and I just wanted the world to know that Ms. Flemming and the staff are all angels in my eyes. Because of the loving care they provided our family was able to cope with the ravages of dementia knowing our daddy was in a safe and loving environment while we were working during the day. "Vicar's Landing at Oak Bridge is very close to where we're actually living now. We were able to reserve a place there, so we took that. We will be going to independent living, but we like the continuous care they have, going from assisted living to end of life. They've got a very good facility doing that. The staff was very friendly. They were wonderful, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant. We like the location and everything about it. The meals are very good. They have everything we want. There's a swimming pool, aerobics, a gym, and PT."

"We went to see the Pine Crest Manor assisted living facility while in the region looking for a place for my friend's mother to live. The outside grounds were nicely manicured, where they host private parties and other social gatherings. They have many stimulating events and encourage residents to participate as much as possible. The facility is close to the metro area so that residents may enjoy all of the local events, art, culture, music, shopping and fine and casual dining offered. The food choices looked nutritious and delicious, as well as the regular snacks - offered continually. The dining areas have many options. From more intimate to communal dining, resident can choose whatever they like - in addition to hosting guests in the private dining rooms. The living suites were all a nice size, beautifully decorated and did not seem cramped. Each unit had individually controlled temperatures. The exercise center includes daily yoga and aerobics exercise classes and equipment available. Residents can also safely navigate the lovely garden pathways and courtyards. The residents here looked very content in their living environment and were well cared for by competent and compassionate staff. "

"I found Westminster and want to move there next year. It’s close to my daughter, and they have financial clout to do what I want to do. I want a two-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. They have access to a gun club, and the dining area is fine. You get credits that you can use for either breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The dining facility was good, and had a bar, so they had everything I want. I’m going there next week for a barbeque, and to get a better feel of the people there. They have a full nursing staff, a doctor onsite, access to a golf course, a workout facility, and access to another facility three blocks away which has a full complement of workout equipment I need."

The level of care, the cleanliness of the facility and the positive attitude of the staff all rated an A+. From Robert to Alyssa, from Elyssa to Diane, we couldn't be more pleased."

" We have many activities and volunteer programs. There is a gigantic heated pool, exercise room and classes, coffee shop, educational classes, huge library, computer shop, arts and crafts shop, woodworking shop, 9 hole golf course, golf and bicycle repair shop, post office, hair salon and very good food from our large dining room. My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and think that this is the best place in the world to live"
