"The grounds of Lake Port Square were lovely, and the apartments were very, very nice. I have nothing to say but positive things about them; it's just we can't afford it right now. They have everything you would want there; you will be busy. You can either do as much as you want or none. They have an exercise room, a pool, a hot tub, pool tables, and entertainment. It would be my first pick if I could just afford it. I had also been there before with a friend, and the food was wonderful."

"Lakeview Terrace was very nice, but I couldn’t afford it. The staff was very nice. There were lot of activities, like bingo, card games, and trips, but it cost beyond my means. I had a good lunch there. They were refurbishing, which was fine. "

They have lots of activities and lots of people going around doing stuff. The grounds are kept very well, the facility was 30 years old, but they kept it in good shape, and it’s very good. They have independent living, memory care and end of life, and that’s what you’re paying for. The rooms were more than adequate, well-appointed, with full-kitchen, and laundry service. You would have to put in roughly $250,000 and that was depleted over five years, at the end of five years, although that money is depleted, it is used for to go forward with the memory care, and so you don’t get something for nothing."
