"Cypress Village is an older community and it's not close to the beach like the other facility was, and so I had a lukewarm attraction to it, but the staff was excellent. They have the same type of amenities as the others, like an art studio, a woodshop, and also an exercise area. The person that toured us was just outstanding too. We had lunch there and it was served attractively and was delicious."

"It was a very beautiful place; it’s immaculate. The people were very nice. It was a clean place where I would feel comfortable having mom to live. Staff seemed to be friendly, and most especially it’s close to home. "

"After checking out over 40 other CCRCs around the country, we chose WSA. WHY? The selection of models and floor plans are wonderful AND you can make changes as you desire. The entrance and campus is in World Golf Village and is very spacious. Also, this community allowed us to keep our 65 pound Samoyed, as he is a part of our family. All the employees are very pleasant and so are all the residents. What's not to smile about? Everything is taken care of and there are daily activities to keep you busy. We would move here again, if we had that choice. "

"Vicar's Landing at Oak Bridge is very close to where we're actually living now. We were able to reserve a place there, so we took that. We will be going to independent living, but we like the continuous care they have, going from assisted living to end of life. They've got a very good facility doing that. The staff was very friendly. They were wonderful, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant. We like the location and everything about it. The meals are very good. They have everything we want. There's a swimming pool, aerobics, a gym, and PT."

"A tour was scheduled, and we visited the facility. Everything about the facility was well-thought out. The facility seemed to have a lot of amenities that were included in the monthly fees. The person directing our tour was very knowledgeable in all of the activities offered. I was impressed that a local university offers courses for the residents at a very-much reduced course tuition charge. We looked at different floorplans which offered a variety of amenities. The newer area was extremely impressive with all of the comforts available in each home.At the end of the tour, our tour guide was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering any questions we had regarding the properties we had seen. She explained in detail all of the pricing and requirements needed for residency in the community.We did not feel like any of our questions were brushed off or an imposition on her time, which is a very welcomed thing, especially when making an important decision such as this one. Again, the staff seemed very friendly and knowledgeable and also seemed to genuinely care about the residents in the community. One thing that really struck me as a very positive thing was that, as we were traveling throughout the community, the tour director knew the residents by name and greeted each of them. To me, that was a very nice thing to see. "

"When we visited the community, I found them very helpful. They provided a lot of options as far as I can tell. You have to be a member of the Moose community for 15 years in order to qualify for them to take your assets and stuff and then she can live there for the rest of her life. Their rooms are very spacious for a single room for someone. It has a lot of closet space. You can put as many clothes in for the season that you're in but you have storage in another area for your other clothes. It's actually bigger than a lot of rooms that we saw. The facility is right on the St. John's river so the view is good.They have a lot of transportation. Every 15 minutes there's a golf cart or other transportation around the facility since it's pretty good sized. They have a pool and a movie theater. They have a church inside and there's service every Sunday. They also have different levels of care. They have independent living, assisted living and then there's an Alzheimer's unit with many stages on it. "
