"Concordia Village of Tampa is a very big community. They have several floors. It is the best one I've visited. It's very clean and very well structured. The staff was very nice and seemed to be concerned about our situation. However, in the end, they couldn't help us because of my brother's criminal record in the past. The dining area was set up like a hotel. The private room was nice and roomy, and it had a bathroom. The residents all seemed happy and engaged in whatever activity they were doing."

"My mother is at this facility the administrator is fantastic keeps me up to date on my mother weekly. They have transportation for outings, and for appointments when needed. the staff is fantastic, mom says the food is good. the facility is always clean and never smells when i visit. could not ask for a better place for my mother. she loves it there. glad i found them and they had opening. All rooms are private rooms. They provide her with everything she needs. "

"My parents are currently staying at The Palms of Largo. This senior living has different buildings and they're in the Regal Palms building, on the independent living side so this review is strictly about that place. The place is very, very nice. The rooms are beautiful and each one has its own screened-in balcony so that they can sit outside, and it's very pretty. The staff is wonderful and the nursing group is good. Every time I've had dinner there, their food is delicious, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Everybody seems like they care very deeply for their residents. I don't have a full list of all the activities, but I know they do a lot of stuff. I think they have yoga and they play all sorts of games. My parents are always telling me about stuff that they're doing and everything they do, they enjoy. Their dining area is wonderful. They put on special dinners for special events and holidays. They do Grandparents Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day so we tend to go there a lot. The food is delicious and very well-made. It's a bit steep to live there, no doubt but it's worth it to my parents. It's a little pricey but it's a nice place and they hire great staff."

"I like it here at Imperial Palms as they have a lot of activities. I have been here for almost two years now. I have a 1 bedroom, and it's small enough for me to get around -- that’s all I need -- living room and dining room combined. They do have units with 2 bedrooms too. "

"I went to visit my father's friend at Lexington Club at Renaissance Square. I was there several times, and to me, it looks great. They have different amenities for the people. my parents' friends seem to be happy there. They had friends, they had activities and life looked good for them. They have pools, they have something that's like a big clubhouse, they play cards, they had shows, they have dinners now and then, and they have a gym or fitness room. The accommodations were nice, big, and comfortable. They had a 2-bedroom with big bedrooms and a big living room, and a nice porch. It was a nice place. I was there for their Thanksgiving dinner and it was fun, there were lots of people and everything was great, and they had a show."

"I toured the Hampton Apartments. It was a phenomenal place, but unfortunately it's an independent living. If anybody can afford $2,300 it's an amazing place. They have a movie theater, a gym, a hot tub, and a pool. The food was incredible. It is expensive, but they have nurses if you need help with your medication. They charge $15 to go each day, but they'll bring it down to $10 a day to visit you to make sure you're taking your meds and everything's working out. It's a beautiful place. Each apartment has a screened-in patio so the bugs can't get in. The kitchen is tiny, and the appliances are old, but most people aren't going to cook. It has a separate bedroom. The living rooms are not huge, but decent-sized. They have so many amenities. They have a van. They have a signup list. If you want to go to Trader Joe's, Walmart, or Publix, you sign up, and they'll take you there. It's truly an exceptional place. It was spotless. I don't like the marketing person. He's quite the shark, but the maintenance person was very nice. You could tell that they hired professional people who knew what they were doing. Everybody looked happy. I saw the menu and it was exceptional."

"My mother is a resident at Westminster Palms. She started in Independent Living and this summer she moved to Assisted Living. Most recently, she was evacuated by the Assisted Living staff because of hurricane Ian. The staff and administration of Westminster Palms has always been fantastic, kind, caring, effective and professional. It was an incredible relief for me to know that my mother was both safe and cared with kindness during Ian, when I was many hundreds of miles away. Thank you everyone at Westminster."

"Mease Life has independent and assisted living on different floors. The place was very impressive, very active, with fabulously huge windows, but the rooms were a bit tight. The staff seemed good. They have tons of amenities and they are going under construction, and will have significantly expanded senior living facilities. They have a gym, they have nice social areas, and they have a hairdresser, but it's the construction that scared me off."

"Over the course of the past two months, my husband has been a patient at Westminster Suncoast Rapid Recovery Unit. The care and attention he received was excellent. The Assistant Director of Nursing for my husband's Unit made the entire process seamless. She was able to effectively communicate and correct issues between the nursing staff and my husband/the patient in a timely manner, and proficiently evaluated, solved and implemented these methods where needed. She maintained a professional but caring demeanor toward my husband/the patient and his family. Westminster Suncoast is fortunate to have this Director of Nursing as part of its staff."
