"My brother-in-law has two aides from Preferred Care at Home of Boca Raton and Delray Beach. We have been using their service for several months, and working with them is great. The aides do everything for him. He has one from Monday to Friday and then another aide on Saturday and Sunday. The aide from Monday to Friday does practically everything for him like shopping and cleaning. She seems to take charge more and even prepares meals for the weekend. He also loves the weekend aide but she just takes care of his basic needs like making sure that the house is tidy and things like that. She doesn't have to shop because the aide who is there during the week does all that. They also do the laundry for him. The agency is perfectly fine to work with and I'm very pleased with their staff. If I find the need to call for any reason, they either answer or get right back to me."

"The management and staff at Family Pillars were great. They met with my Mom and me, discussed their services, hours and costs. Tracy (the Head RN) did a great job evaluating Mom's needs, and was onsite when Mom's health deteriorated to discuss care and needs with the in home caregiver. Our time of need for services were short, but the family was very pleased, reassured and comforted by the entire care team."

"I found Preferred Care at Home in Coral Springs after becoming frustrated with other providers who helped me until it became to difficult, then they just stopped returning my calls. Preferred Care at Home (PCAH) stuck with me until they were able to provide me with a care giver for my loved one (LO) who had behavioral challenges. PCAH provided me with up to date progress and checked in with me to ensure my LOs needs were being met. Even after placing my LO in a Memory Care Facility they followed up with me to ensure I was getting all the help I needed. I highly recommend Preferred Care at Home in Coral Springs as the best provider in the area. THEY TRULY CARE!"

"My mother had been getting care from Schwartz Family Home Care for a few weeks back in August. She was in the hospital for a week, and she needed 24-hour care for a few weeks after her hospitalization. They had daytime aides, nighttime aides, and overnight aides, and they were all wonderful. The daytime ones were very warm and friendly and tried to engage her to go to activities, help her exercise, and keep her entertained. The overnight ones were just watching her sleep. The cost was fairly reasonable. The agency was excellent. They stayed in touch with me, and wanted to make sure I was happy with all the different aides. They always had someone on standby in case an aide couldn't make it if they had an emergency, which never happened. They gave me peace of mind. They were definitely on the ball."
