"The caretaker comes 4 hours every Saturday and is a huge help to my father as she cares for my mom. We couldn't ask for a more person in Samantha. She is friendly, humble, and genuine. We had a great impression of the supervisor who does the free pre-visit. They really look out for your best interest."

"We've been using KCL Home Health Services for six months now. I like that I can get a hold of one of the supervisors. I got their cell numbers, and they're dependable. We have them three days a week right now. We have them on a continuous schedule and it's worked out fine. They're here Monday, Wednesday, Friday, from 9:00 to 1:00. The caregiver comes in to make sure mom is bathed. She does some laundry, she does her grocery shopping, she fixes some lunch, she does some light housekeeping, whatever other things need to be done. I really don't have any complaints."

"I got in touch with Assisting Hands, and from my first phone call until my mom passed away, Marina has been available to me 7 days a week. My family and I needed someone to stay at mom's bedside in the hospital and hospice. The caregivers that were provided were compassionate and tender. We felt at ease knowing they would be with mom when we weren't there. Using Assisting Hands was the best decision we could have made. We recommend them wholeheartedly. We don't know what we would have done without them. Marina was such a comforting support when I needed someone the most. I will never forget her kindness. "

"Horizon was suggested to us by our mother’s care manager for assistance when mom she left the hospital. Mom had Alzheimer’s and in the month that Horizon was taking care of mom she deteriorated rapidly, passing away only a month after she left the hospital. The Horizon aides were professional and caring, friendly and trustworthy. Alzheimer’s was not a friend to our mother and no matter how difficult mom became, they stayed calm and steady with her. We will be eternally grateful for the care they provided in mom’s final month."
