My mother really needed help immediately and they were able to get her on the schedule with a care giver within 2 days of being released from the hospital. The terms are very fair, and the care giver was so sweet and helpful to my mom. This service got us through a transition period from living on her own to an assisted living facility. I cannot say enough GREAT things about this agency and this team. From my initial conversation with Kari and her same-day visit to do the initial assessment with my Dad, my experience with Right At Home - West Palm Beach has been a complete Godsend. Every person from Right at Home that has cared for my dad has been professional, compassionate, and kind. My dad does not "take well to strangers," but the team from Right at Home is able to quickly build a rapport with him and earn his trust. The other thing that sets this team apart from any other agency I have worked with is their willingness to go above and beyond and to do the right thing. Shauna in the home office is a complete ROCKSTAR! She has offered to do personal assessments with my dad, helped coordinate transitional care when we needed to find alternative living arrangements for him, and was even willing to visit him in the hospital when he had a panic attack and called 911. I cannot stress how much peace of mind I have knowing that this team is caring for my dad. I am coordinating my dad's care from 1,300 miles away in another state and the Right at Home team is the trusted ears, eyes, and advisors that I need. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

the response has been been very good. the caregivers have been very kind and supportive. since this is my fist time I did find them on their phones ( lots). time management skills not their strong suit. they are kind and good to my mother. they agency has been very good about finding someone quickly as I need them.

Our 96 year old aunt who lives 7000 miles away from us was being taken advantage of by her previous caregiver. We fired her quickly and turned to Kari at Right at Home to see what she could do. Within 24 hours, Kari met our aunt, arranged 24 hour care, went shopping for her and basically got her life back on track. Every aide is caring, patient and responsible and the managing staff is fantastic. We can't say enough about Kari. There is no job that is too small for her. If someone isn't available to buy our aunt what she needs, Kari is at the store. If something breaks in the apt and the handyman can't make it in a timely manner, Kari and her husband are there, and it is fixed. Our aunt's memory is failing at this point, but the one thing that she can still say is," I don't know who all of these people are in the apartment, but I like them and they help me" Thank you Kari and the staff for giving us peace of mind and our aunt the quality of life that she deserves.

RAH is fast and highly responsive. They provided 24/7 care for my mother with one day's notice when she was discharged from the hospital with terminal cancer. They put together a coordinated team of professional caregivers to work in shifts to run errands, cook, bathe, and assist our family to administer medicines. They showed up on time and took the time to coordinate from one shift to the next. The caregivers provided all the essential professional care compassionately, and they helped take care of our family by helping us through my mom's final 3 weeks. Mom's face would light up when each caregiver returned like an old friend. During that period, the off duty caregivers sometimes called me to see how she was doing.
