KCL helped me care for my husband. They only had a few hours after I contacted them to have a caregiver at our home when he came home from the hospital. The caregiver was there just as he arrived home. For six months they provided help. Sometimes 24 hour care, but mostly morning and evening care. Their workers were kind and compentant. They never let us down. I would recomend KCL in a heart-beat.

KCL Home Health Services was awesome. They were fantastic. Their people were great. I had no problems with them. They were wonderful. My wife was dying and they were very caring, nice, and sweet, and they made her happy. It's a difficult job they have because they have to turn them a lot and they did it very well. I was very happy with them because the first few nights I watched them, and I made sure everything was good. They really did a good job. The services were just washing, taking care of her, feeding, getting liquids and stuff like that, just general care. Billing was good. They just took it out of our account automatically. I had that set up ahead of time, so that worked out well. Scheduling was perfect. They were never late.

My mother is no longer using KCL Home Health Services, LLC. They were doing some nursing and some pill management, some light housekeeping, and things like that. They provided meal preparation, too. We used them for three weeks. The caregivers were good. They were very professional. I would recommend them.

The caregivers from KCL Home Health Services come to my house, help me clean, help me bathe, help change my bed, make me breakfast and lunch, and help me do the laundry. They just help me with basic home health needs. I use them twice a week. I appreciate the communication and the punctuality. They're always able to adjust timing, they're always pleasant, they show gratitude, they're always happy to help, and they're always ready to answer any questions that I may have or if I need to change something, they're always pleasant. They're always grateful to talk to me and they're ready to help with whatever questions I may have, which I consider very, very amazing. I appreciate everything that they've done so far. I would recommend this agency to anybody.

We've been using KCL Home Health Services for six months now. I like that I can get a hold of one of the supervisors. I got their cell numbers, and they're dependable. We have them three days a week right now. We have them on a continuous schedule and it's worked out fine. They're here Monday, Wednesday, Friday, from 9:00 to 1:00. The caregiver comes in to make sure mom is bathed. She does some laundry, she does her grocery shopping, she fixes some lunch, she does some light housekeeping, whatever other things need to be done. I really don't have any complaints.

My mom has been utilizing KCL Home Health Services for a few months now. I like their attentiveness. They've called during the time when both of the hurricanes were about to happen to ensure that my mom had everything she needed prepared prior to that happening. They're very caring, and they think about things ahead of time. They're there between three to four days during the week. We've been very much pleased with their service and the attendant who takes care of my mom. She's really good with her. They were very good at matching the right person with my mother's personality because older people can be a little difficult, but they really took the time to match her with somebody who can handle her temperament. That is a critical part to have the right attendant or care person coming in. It makes it easier for everyone.
