"I had my father placed there after a brief stay at JFK. We were very happy with the services. Aides were very pleasant and happy to help. It was always clean and never had a foul smell. Food was fine but I did not expect 5 star dining. I would recommend to friends and family."

"I visit my mother at Consulate Health Care at least three times a week. It’s a great facility. The staff are excellent and very attentive. The rooms are fine. My mom was first brought into rehab and now they’ve moved her into long-term care. She’s doing physical therapy almost every morning. In the afternoons, they have someone who comes in and sings for them. Any events and birthdays they celebrate with a little party in the lobby. If something happens to my mom, such as when she fell trying to get out of her wheelchair, they call me immediately. When my mother broke her hip seven years ago, she came here to recover. My aunt who passed away years ago also stayed here, and she never ever had a problem. I love Consulate. I have no complaints at all. "

"I have been a resident at Boulevard Health Center a few times and each time I'm always pleased with the service provided by nursing, the Physicians, the therapy team. Also dietary was great in the area of providing the meals every day. Everyone was friendly and concerned about all my needs. I found that the staff was very courteous and was there to answer all the questions that I had. I am satisfied with everything and I would recommend this facility to others. The rooms were very comfortable and to have housekeeping clean everyday was awesome. Maintenance was always there to assist if anything needed fixing. Great team!"

"Dedicated staff who work together as a team to service you. PT staff is excellent. My improvement was fast and even surprised my doctor. If they would stop watering down their eggs...might be real good menus over all no complaints amazed at how efetivethey run the place with all the patients they can handle."

"The aides and nurses are very attentive at Wood Lake Health. There are lots of things to do, and it's a clean place. I'm in a nice and clean shared room with a roommate. It's not like an apartment because it's a smaller space, but it's definitely adequate for what I need. The location and the grounds are very nice, and include a couple of patio that we can use and a pond with a fountain. The grounds are well-kept, it's easy and pleasant to go outside in this community. I also think the value is pretty good here."

"My mother in law has been at 2 other skilled nursing facilities and they cannot even come close in comparison when it come to quality care! Boynton Health Care takes pride in providing excellent therapy, nursing care, and assistance to families from admission to discharge. There is an open door policy with managers and someone is always available to assist you. The employees are friendly, the facility is extremely clean, and the food is pretty good (they provide so many alternatives if you do not like the main 2 choices). There are group activities and things are offered for those who choose to stay in the room. The dogs from their "Pet Therapy Program" are the best! They are listed as "US News Best Nursing Homes" and are recognized by the state with awards. Not enough people acknowledge the great things that these providers do! They have a very strong reputation in the community from residents of Boynton and physicians as being the best. Do not let other reviews deter you from staying there! "

"My sister is a resident Darcy Hall in West Palm Beach since Feb.2020 She is receiving excellent care, especially during these extremely difficult time. The team at Darcy from Administrators, business office , front desk staff and all the health care providers have gone beyond their daily duties. "the rooms are clean and very comfortable with clean linens and maintenance. the staff creates a very happy atmosphere, friendly caring daily and activities create fun mood for residents and myself a devoted family member for my mom and her new life, I never thought mom could be happy away from home but palm garden and in her case dialysis in house makes for a perfect world to survive her new found ailment wich was a huge lifechanger. movies, bingo, nails and salon, priests and musicians along with birthday celebrations make for a warm home for mom. located in west palm beach near so much to offer in museum, theatres, opera, quiet serene setting I coudnt have chose a better offering community amenities area. the quiet lake at end of driveway is beautiful with downtown buildings in view in distance. the business office and social workers were so greatly helpful for Medicaid applications and guidelines, admissions is so professional and her accommodating hospitality is unbelievably comforting to us! The directors run a very professional business and are always friendly with a smile no matter what time of day! my mother has new friends in her life from enrichment to activities directors to hospitality coordinators to nurses and to cna,s, when I took a tour at outset I was impressed now I am so grateful I did and chose palm garden! thanks to all who devote their energy to keep residents happy and comfortable, one employee has served 30 years of her worklife and that says a lot! others with long tenure are amazing also. "The food was absolutely, unbelievably good. They had the most adorable little villas that anybody could ever hope to live in. The chef came out to greet us. Kevin, the man who takes you around was out of this world. He was explaining everything. He was unbelievably good and the best one of all the places I've ever been to, really terrific. I'd give him a pat on the back, he's really good."
