This facility is so bad I wouldn't send my dog there. Rooms are so tiny you can't fit a chair in it. Nurse didn't care. Mattress on bed lumpy and coming apart. I hired a private ambulance to get my husband out after a few hours.

Do not put your loved one here. Dirty and disgusting. Mom stayed in a room with another lady.. nurses changed ladies diaper and put poop diaper in only sink in the room.. the same sink used for personal higiene. Cockroaches, bad neighborhood. Nurses are desensitized. This is my warning. If you can see the dirtiest of it. What other disgusting things are not seen?

My relative was there in March of 2017. Almost all of her personal belonging were but in STORAGE while she waited to be transferred to assisted living. Everything that was to be kept in storage disappeared and the administrator denied that it was ever there. I was taken to a room where other clients suitcases were after I asked to see where storage was to prove to me that they were not being stored and it was a disgusting room and total disregard for the other people's possessions. My relative lost over $ 2500.00 worth of items. I do not recommend this home for anyone.

Love the cleanness of the place as well as how clean the residents beds and the residents themselves are. Open visitations, all rooms are open, one can see how everyone is treated with dignity and care, food is good. Now with the COVID I have been getting a call everyday updating me on how my mom who is there is and how they are all doing. I can sleep at night knowing my mother is well taken care of

The Terraces of Lake Worth were great. I loved the people there. If I had any questions or anything, I could always go to them and they will help me. They were very good. When my husband first went in there, he was in a private room, but they only have two private rooms and after nine months they needed the room, so they moved him in with someone else. The staff was wonderful. They were always friendly to everybody and happy and smiling. They have a director who came up with all these things for residents to do. They played a little basketball, and he was quite a star when he was in high school, so he enjoyed that. And they had arts and crafts; they had lots of things. Everything was fine when he was there, but it was an old building.
