"I was a patient at Laurel Pointe for almost 2 months.When I first arrived there I could barely move. After 2 months I walked out under my own steam. The physical and occupational therapists were responsive to my physical and emotional needs. The whole staff was warm and caring ,the room and bed was comfortable, and any complaints (which were few) were promptly and successfully handled. I highly recommend this facility primarily because I firmly believe that the most important quality of any place is the people and at Laurel Pointe everyone I met was professional,warm ,and caring. "

"My father was to receive PT here. Aside from the fact that he got very very little PT, the place was absolutely filthy. "

"I am working on getting my aunt out of there right now! This place is nasty: gnats flying, CNA's throwing clean linens over dirty ones on the patients, soiled briefs sitting outside the rooms. No dignity for the patient. Does not contact family of any changes in condition, incidents as in bruises, refusal of therapy. Not a pleasant or happy environment. Cannot get the nurses to explain health situations in person. "

"The doctor of my parents recommended Port St. Lucie Nursing and Restorative Care. The staff was very fine, and the rooms were very nice, clean, fresh, bright, and pleasant. I can’t say enough good things about it. My parents said they liked the food. They have complete physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. They have an activities director, and they were doing a lot of things. They had music, arts, and fun activity things. They have a person who gave haircuts and hairstyles for men and women, manicures and church services. "

"My father-in-law is in the Life Care Center of Palm Bay. I like that if there's any problem, they'll call us right away. They'll call us on the phone for him if he needs anything. They also transferred him in there from the hospital when he was ready for rehab. Since we visit so much as they know us when we come in, they'll know that we're with him and they'll tell us if there is any concern or anything, so it is kind of good. The staff is really good. It seems like they pay attention to the needs of the people that are there. The food is decent. There are a lot of choices of food. It's pretty good. The facility seems clean to me. You don't smell anything when you walk in. It smells and it looks like it's clean. It looks fine. They have activities but he hasn't participated in any."

"All the staff brought their own personality to the job. They were quite patient with me. Kelly, Tom, and Rob of PT/OT generously educated me on my recovery needs. Dietary makes a mean grilled cheese."

"Mom has been having physical and occupational therapy at Anchor Care and Rehab for two months. Mom got well enough to come home, and it was good. They have bingo, their food was awesome, and whenever she didn’t like what they have, they would offer her whatever she wanted. They were very accommodating, and I would recommend this facility. "

"My impression of The Palms Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center was positive. The activities were quite good. It depends on what your needs are, but we thought they were pretty good for what we would be looking for. The food was quite good. They have physical therapy. It was a favorable facility."

"The staff of Palm Garden, like the directors and all that, are very attentive. Obviously because of COVID you can't go into the facility or see the facility. As for trying to get in touch with my mother, that was very difficult. The phone number that they said rang into her room didn't work. They said that they fixed it but they didn't. Not being able to reach her on a daily basis or talk to her was difficult. My mother felt like we just kind of dropped her off somewhere and left her there. I would say the care was very good. As for updates, I did not get them unless I called. So I had to call them to ask how things are going, what was happening and all that kind of stuff. Do they have time to call every single resident family member? I'm gonna go with no, but if they do say they have that plan, then they meet once a week to go over everybody's scheduled plan then email us. We have so much modern technology that it doesn't always require a cellphone to do that. I think that they could have updated a lot better than they did, but for care, it was good. She came home and she's able to do things on her own. I do have to compliment the dietician that does work there though because he took the time to email me the menu and to help pick out my mother's meals for her. From what I can see, the facility is clean. The front lobby has everything like the tables for COVID precautions. They did that very well. This place was covered by my mom's insurance so it was great."

"Tiffany Hall was pretty good. My wife has a lot of loss of memory, and they didn’t really have facilities to take good care of that problem. It was OK. There were a lot of people there. It would be good, but not for me. I wasn’t happy with what they had to offer for memory loss. "

"my wife came here with no hope from other internes from tradition hospitale, she was in and out of other facilitys and when coming to life care ! she receaved the best care a person could want, with the help of Gielia and Remmie , in such a short time she was talking and geting up on her own, and in about two weeks so far has become a whole person esptialy after having brain surgery. i owe so much to the excelant care to life care for giving me my wife carmella back to me, also all of the finest aid's doctors , nurces and Penny and all the staff, thank you , your place has to be the finest there is in port saint lucie, you also treated me and my faimily with the best respect any one could get. if you have a loved one that needs the best of care , look no further, this place is a second home for loved ones. god blees all the staff at LIFE CARE, there is no better than this place!!! one happy husband. "My friend is at Ardie R. Copas State Veteran's Nursing Home. I visit him every Sunday. It's only for veterans. It's very good. He is in a shared room. The rooms are huge, though. They might as well be private. They are separated by a partition. They have a movie room. Every Monday and Friday, they go out on field trips if they want to. He went to a baseball game this past week."

"I have lived at the facility since 2004. The people have good attitudes, the nurses take good care of you, the front office takes care of you, next to home it's the BEST place to be."
