My Mother got two bad bed sores from this place. The staff is too busy laughing and joking to take care of the patients. They made her sit two- sometimes three plus hours in soaked diapers before changing her. They didn’t adjust her in the bed either. The place has a director of nursing who hides in her office instead of supervising her staff. If she really watched her employees work she could have prevented my Mom’s pressure sores. She has been hospitalized multiple times now for these sores. Tiffany Hall is 100 responsible for neglect in mom’s care.

The place was filthy. After 3 days had passed by, I asked the Administrator to come to my Mom’s room to see how dirty it was. The floor had sneaker marks on it for 4 straight days- the place is a sess-pool for germs. My Mom acquired a stage 2 and a stage 3 bedsore at this hell hole. I kept asking the nurses, and the CNA’s to move Mom. I would ask them to rotate her in the bed and adjust her- they did nothing. Mom would sit in soaking wet diapers for 2 hours, sometimes 2 1/2 hours, daily. The Director of Nursing kept trying to reassure me my Mom would be cared for properly. All she did was lie to cover herself; all of these mistakes were her responsibility. Mom also contacted a urinary tract infection here. She banged her hand on a wheel chair tire because they did not assess her properly. They even had to get her hand x-rayed as she was in so much pain. Mom was a 2-assist and they did not assess her properly. Therapy said she could stand on her own and walk. That, was another lie. If you want to send someone to a place where they can be neglected; send them here.

Care is determined by the patients ability to move and speak. I have sat in the TV room and watched patients ask for help just to be told 3 or 4 times Let me find someone to help you. If there is a problem the facilities answer is always that the patient refused. Transportation to appointments are a nightmare. Some of the nurses are good but are totally overwhelmed. I have to go to the facility almost daily for my sister to get adequate care. The administrator has lied to me twice. I can't wait to get my sister out of Tiffany Hall and back home

My wife stayed in Tiffany Hall Nursing and Rehab Center for rehab. It appears to be nice, but it's just the staff doesn't seem to care about their patients. It's an older facility, but it seemed okay. The activities were terrible. She's only been there for a week or ten days, and they wouldn't give her any rehab. They just left my wife to lie around. She had major hip surgery, and she was miserable, so we got her out of there. I think they need to update their staff on how to treat people.

PT and OT were fantastic give a 5 star Nurses also 5 star food was awful sometimes hard to eat and most of the time was cold.

Tiffany Hall Nursing and Rehab Center was old and dated, but the worst part was the administrative staff and the nursing staff. The techs were fabulous, yet overworked and I'm sure underpaid, but the nurses and all the people sitting at the desk either flat out ignored you or told you to go find your own nurse where you couldn't find or didn't come for 20 minutes. We had one instance where we were pushing the button for 20 minutes to get help to get my father to the restroom and they didn't come. So, we helped him to the restroom. They kept trying to get somebody to help bring him back and finally, the woman at the desk came and kind of dragged him, put him back into the bed. The bed was soiled and he was soiled. It was horrible. The bells would be ringing and the lights would be flashing, and then the other residents would start screaming "Turn off the bell!" and they'd just ignore everybody. The techs would then come and do a fabulous job of cleaning them and cleaning the sheets, making sure it's comfortable. They were wonderful. The physical therapy person was great. She came in once and she noticed that my father's wristband was cutting off his circulation and she cut it off when nobody else had noticed that or bothered to do anything about it. I can't speak for the physical therapist specifically because we only saw her once but she seemed great. I would give the techs a five rating. The courtyard was lovely. It was very nice. The rooms were very dated, and for the most part clean. It wasn't overpriced. They just underperformed. In general, I would not recommend sending somebody there.
