"The rooms at The Pointe at Ocean Boulevard were very comfortable and spacious for one person. The staff was excellent. What I didn't like about the place is that the only entrance to the apartment is outside, and it was a long walk."

"I liked it very much. Our tour experience was very good. We got there a little bit before lunchtime, so there was a lot of activity going on outside of the dining room. They had a nice hospitality center. So, you could have some iced tea or a cup of coffee, which was nice for the people waiting as well as the visitors. The view was nice. It was open and airy. I liked it. I had a companion with me and we ate there. There was a table and the tour guide directed us to two ladies that were sitting. They were very nice ladies. They were very welcoming and very informative and we had a very nice meal. The company and the food were excellent. The tour guide was filling in for somebody, but she did an OK job. They had a screened-in balcony, a very nice pool, and lots of meeting places. It was very clean. They had a full kitchen in the one bedroom, washer and dryer hookups, and a lot of closet space. So, I liked their rooms."

"Raquel has made a lovely, light, spacious warm home for my husband. I pinch myself everyday for above and beyond compassionate and patient care he is receiving. Raquel is a true professional who always has a smile on her face . Her vast experience and gentle care have been a positive game changer in his life and mine! finally, after 3.5 years in two costly assisted living facilities, he is receiving the kind of care every elderly person deserves. He is 88.5 with Parkinson’s but no tremor and is cognitively with it. We are blessed beyond measure to have her as part of our family. Even his physician is impressed with all of the positive changes in him! This is an awesome Assisted Living Facility!"

"I visited this facility and immediately felt at home, it's warm and cozy. The tour guide was very well spoken and answered all my questions. The rooms are a decent size with beautiful decor. I was served lunch with love, the food is good. The care team exceeded my expectations. Looking for a facility home for my mom was one of the most difficult thing to do, but Coastal Quality staff has made it easy. I was so fortunate to find this place."

"I have been living in the Savanna Club. It's gorgeous. It's absolutely beautiful. We have three clubhouses, we have a restaurant, and we have a theater. From the day I rode into this place, I said, this is it. So we bought it in 2000, moved in 2004. So from 2004, I have lived here and I've loved every minute of it. I have a very nice house, it's 1400 sq.ft., 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a beautiful Florida room, and I'm right on the water. You have everything here. You have everything from baseball to tennis, to everything else that you could want and have here. We have three pools, we have dancing, we have dance lessons. You can do something eight days a week here or do nothing. We have a beautiful golf course on the premises, we have eighteen hundred homes here, and It's three miles around."

"We visited Harbor Place at Port St. Lucie. We looked at the two-bedroom apartments with a kitchen. They were very nice and spacious. They provided laundry service. It all looked very clean and well-kept. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly."

"When I first walked in American House Stuart Lodge, I was completely impressed with the decor, the friendliness from everybody that was in the front lobby -- it's quite large -- and the friendliness of the gentleman who gave me the tour. He toured me around to several room options they would have, the dining area, the activity area, and the happy hour area. Everything was just beautiful. I want to come live there. I was very impressed with that facility. The places we visited seemed to have similar aspects, but that one was just A-plus level. They have a beautiful room with a fireplace that people can go in and just relax and watch the fire. The outside gardens were gorgeous to be outside and just enjoy the breeze and the sunshine. The front staff greeted me very graciously. The gentleman during the tour even sent me a follow-up email saying how nice it was to meet me. Everything was just high class."

"Under new management. Barbara and Raphael are awesome in the leasing office and Mario is the best maintenance man I have ever known. I was a nurse for 45 years and had a small stroke in October of 2017. I had to stop working and go on social security, making it impossible for me to keep my beautiful home in Portofino Shores and look for affordable housing. After looking for weeks at my options, I decided to move to Lexington Club at Vero, because this is the nicest apt for the money. Barbara and Raphael worked tirelessly to expedite getting my apt ready for me, as it was not on the available list at the time I applied, but was the one I wanted, due to location in the building and was recently vacated by a previous tenant. I had issues with my disposal and AC and Mario replaced both same day I notified the office. I love the hair salon in the building! Previous salon was much more expensive than Angie in the building here and she does great work. The heated pool is very nice and never crowded. "

"My sister is currently at Indian River Estates. It's an excellent place. She's wonderfully cared for. We have no complaints. The staff has been very good. My sister has a roommate and she is comfortable there. The room is simple and they have activities but she can't participate in anything. They have a hair salon and rehabilitation therapy."

"I visited Pinelake Gardens and Estates since it was near my daughter's place. It was a wonderful environment to move in. You could have your own place and hire someone for the maintenance of the yard. The place I wanted had three bedrooms, a den, formal dining area and a family area. I liked it because it was big and roomy. The facility was attractive and well-maintained. The atmosphere was quiet and there was no traffic. "
