"My mother has been living happily in the Independent Living side of this residence for over 6 years. The facilities are beautiful and pristine. There are many activities -- including speakers, entertainment, mind-stimulating games, exercise classes, art classes, chorus, outings to plays and movies, van transport to the supermarket, flea market and do to appointments, and others. The staff are lovely and so helpful. The food is pretty good. The population on the Independent Living side tends to be elderly people (mostly 80s and 90s) who might need walkers pt occasional aides but who are pretty high functioning cognitively (bridge games and scrabble, book club) for their age. They also have an Assisted Living section and a Memory Unit. I can't imagine a better place for my mom. "

"Park Summit was lovely, and the food was great. The apartments were magnificent and large. They had entertainment. Belinda on of the staff was wonderful, very caring, and understanding. "

"The Palace At Weston is truly a terrific place. The staff really cares and there are so much to do. My parents have been happy there since they opened four years ago. I have great peace of mind knowing that my loved ones while taken care of."

"They treat your family member, as one of their own. My grandmother loved the staff, always had a positive interaction with them. She especially loved the dog/emotional pet time. When they brought the dogs around, it made her day every time. I also, have nothing but the best to say. The staff truly cares about the patients and you can tell 100%. "

"I toured it and it could be one of my favorites. The only thing that I did not like was that it didn't have a full kitchen. They have two meals, the linens are cleaned, they have hurricane windows, and they do a cleaning. Another thing I like is that there is an emergency phone cord in the bathroom and the bedroom, which is very good. I like the place. Rachel was very, very nice. She was great; she took me around, showed me some things, and said new things would happen. Also, she sent me a thank-you card, which was nice. The dining room was very nice. It was big. It had nice tablecloths. The tables were all set and done. They did have a beauty salon there. They also have a gym, so you can go there if you need physical therapy or use the gym. It wasn't big, but you could still do it. They had a theater room. They have arts and crafts. They have outings, so the bus would take them shopping, to the mall, or something like that. They would have a schedule and a calendar, and you can decide what you want to participate in."

"This was an excellent visit. The first of several to come. I am invited to brunch next week, and to dinner and a concert the week after that. The emphasis of this provider is independent living and that is exactly what I want at this point. Assisted Living services will be provided when I need them, if so. Everywhere we went the place was impeccable. The staff was very friendly, the residents were cheerful, and the prospect of a French chef very appealing. Again, this was the first of several visits to the facility. Mr. Arguelles, the Director, told me prospective residents visit at least eight times before making a final decision. One of those visits is actually an overnight. One of the things I liked was that they want me to meet residents. They questioned me extensively about my lifestyle, so I can be seated at a table with folks who share some of my own interests when I return for brunch and dinner. This is the kind of facility I want."

"My mother has been living there with her husband for one year. It took a little time to get used to , but now they can call it home. Barbara , the social director is outstanding. She plans the best outings, such as , Shows @Willow Theater , and lectures at Olli at FAU for the residents in the Independent living .She books great lecturers , Harry , and great happy hours . She is completely informed . The food at the facility is also pretty good. My mother loves Saturday night dinners, which are exceptionally good . Sat. night lobster tails , lamb chops, good quality and delicious homemade soups ! The staff in the dining room, are professional and attentive to all the residents dietary needs. "Everything is good here. My husband, and I are in a two-bedroom apartment with two baths, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a porch. It’s very acceptable. The food is okay. The staff is wonderful. The amenities are fine. We have a beautfiul outdoor heated pool. I play a lot of cards. They have some lectures, and music. The activities are very satisfactory. They can maybe improve the quality of the food."

"I love the Grand Villa of Boynton Beach. Everybody is very friendly, keep in touch with the relatives, and are definitely on top of the residents. It is like a family and gives my sister and me a very comfortable feeling about our mother living there. We know she is safe, secure, and having a very nice life. They have a lot of activities, like bingo, poker, and canasta. Their dining room is really nice, and they have a lovely, little café. They are doing some renovations, so it is going to be nicer than it is, and I can’t wait for the changes. They also have a lovely pool, and it makes my mother very happy. We are very satisfied. "

"My grandmother had a two bedroom apartment at the Summerville in Boynton Beach, Florida. The apartments were very clean and spacious, with fully equipped kitchens and small laundry rooms. She seemed to enjoy her stay there. It's never pleasant to have to give up your home and admit you need help caring for yourself, but she made many new friends and was very active with the mah-jong club. There's a beautiful piano in the main lobby and a well stocked little library just off to the left. The establishment was well maintained and the staff was kind, helpful and supportive. The meals were also quite good. As far as pricing, it's probably a bit higher up on the scale than most, but for the surroundings and quality of service I think it was well worth it. My grandmother was able to live out her final years in dignity and was well cared for. "
