We toured Park Summit. The great thing is that I didn't even make an appointment. I went there. There was somebody available. They took us around, explained all the different things that the community has to offer, such as the gym, physical therapies, the dining, the menus, the activities, the housekeeping service weekly, the different alternatives as far as their one-bedroom apartment and two-bedrooms studios. They asked a lot of questions about my father-in-law just to make sure that he was able to live independently. The best part is that they said he could come here for three days and test drive the place. He did, and that is what really sealed the deal. They have breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner, so that was really good. He's moving any time soon. The place is ready. We were concerned because it is a pretty big place, and when they get older maybe it gets confusing to get to the dining room area. I mean, they had somebody who came and picked him up and took him there, and so that was good, but at some point he has to do it on his own. So they said, we have another place that is pretty close. It is easier for him to get to his gym, which is like steps away from his needs, because he loves going to the gym. They were very accommodating. The place is nice. It's neat and he got to an apartment. They had new bathrooms, a new kitchen, and fresh paint, so that was also very nice. It was a blessing. It was really good. I saw the menus. I asked my father-in-law, he said it was good.

I visited Park Summit and it was great. They showed me everything. I saw the apartment, the dining room, the hall, and all the amenities. It's a very nice place. They have a movie room, card room, and library. Some of the apartments were small. The staff was very nice. The menu was great, like a restaurant.

I moved into Park Summit. It's pretty much where all my friends and my church are. So far, everything has just been great. I get two meals a day. I get breakfast and then I choose between lunch and dinner. They also have physical therapy there and physical therapy in the pool. They have games, too. The people were nice and friendly. The move-in experience is great. Everybody is so kind. The other thing is they take it to the grocery store, Walmart and Publix. The staff are very generous, and they care. The food is excellent. We have soup or salad and four different kinds of stuff. You go in, they wait on you and they take your walker off to the side. I haven't seen anything wrong with it. It's just perfect. My room is excellent. It has been painted. I have a refrigerator and a stove. Everything is nice and clean. When I came to the place, they had my name on a sign up front. For free, they take you to the doctor's. I can either take the bus or I can get a private chauffeur. No tipping. For activities, they exercise every day. I'm just thrilled with it. The staff that came to my door to put my cable on had been excellent. They also have the emergency bell in the bathroom and the bedroom, so I feel quite safe. If a hurricane comes, they have storm windows. Everything is nice and clean.

My mom and dad lived there for 3 years and then my dad passed away. Mom mom has had a wonderful experience at Park Summitt even though my dad is no longer here. She feels safe, well taken care and enjoys dinning with her friends. She is 95 years old. Big compliments to the dinning room. Great improvement in food and service since Covid. Thank you all for taking care of my mother.

Park Summit was very nice but it wasn't a good fit for my mom. It's kind of confusing because it's a very tall building and a lot of the things are kind of multi-level. Although the people were nice, they didn't have as many activities as the other places. The pool is a bit far from the actual location, you have to go out to get to it. The place is nice and neat, but it's really more for people who are not just independent but not really too slow nor forgetful because it's a tall building. The staff who accommodated us during the tour were sweethearts. They were really nice, even the people who were groundskeepers or the facility caretakers, they were great. Their apartments were spacious, clean and were actually great. We toured the dining place which was clean and neat, but that's about it.

The facilities are just right for my mom at 94. She started out in Independent Living and enjoyed her freedom including driving her car. That ended but activity and friendship did not. Dining for guests and residents is the best I have had after touring other similar facilities. After a bad fall and infection assisted living was just what mom needed. Staff has been right on with help when needed but still fostering independence.

The apartments at Park Summit were nicely setup and very compact. They had a lot of stuff to do, including a happy hour that we went to. The staff was excellent. They had a card room and Thanksgiving dinner. It's very well run. They had plenty of sitting areas outside. The dining area was like a lovely restaurant.

I visited Park Summit, the physical environment is fine, but my current community seems better in appearance. It seemed to be clean and didn't smell. I went to a card party there and we had little salad sandwiches. It was OK. With the little interaction I had with the staff, they seem OK, because when you ask them a question they answer. My friend's room is terrible, it's like a closet, and probably the smallest place they have. It was the only thing they had available when she went in from the hospital. However, they are a pet-friendly community.

My mom did rehab in their center with great results. The food was excellent and not kosher as she does eat that type of food. It is a small very nice facility, only 35 rooms, mostly private which was great. I would recommend this facility to anyone who prefers one on one therapy over multiple people with one therapist. It is worth a visit whether you are looking for independent living, assisted living, rehab or long tern care.

Park Summit is close to where I live now, It’s a very nice place, and it’s established. The apartment is very similar to what I have now in my house. The staff has been extremely cooperative. There’s lectures, entertainment, and card playing.

The staff's work attitude at Park Summit is very good. The rooms and apartments are great. I like it. The food is delicious. They're home-cooked. They have many activities although I can't name them all. I have been here for three weeks now.

I had my mother-in-law at Park Summit. The place is very nice and they have good food. She was there a year and a half, and the facility is very beautiful. The staff seemed very efficient. She had a private room and it was very nice.

I like that Park Summit has independent living apartments that are spacious. They have balconies overlooking parked areas. They also have emergency buttons in the rooms. The place is very clean and very neat. The people there were friendly.

We went to a few of them, and this is one of my liking. I won't know more until I move in (end of April). Park Summit gave me a good impression. The only thing I didn't like is that they have very old people there. That's one drawback, but I have no choice because I'm very old myself. The food was pretty good; they gave us lunch. Their dining room is beautiful and very spacious. The place was clean. They have plenty of rooms, and the ones we visited were beautiful, and the corridors are very wide. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

I went to Park Summit and I thought it was very nice. It was great and everything about it appealed to me. If I ever decide to go to for that kind of thing, I would go to the Park Summit because I liked the way they operate.

Park Summit has some nice rooms and the place also seemed very nice. The only thing is they have catwalks to the rooms to the apartment and my husband and I were not too anxious to be in a place where there are catwalks.

We had a chance to tour Park Summit and it was amazing. It was a very friendly community. While we were there, they were having a Jewish service. We were invited to come back for a meal. Unfortunately, we had to decline. The apartments that they have were nice. I would give this facility a high rating.
