"We had a tour and a lunch at The Court at Palm Aire and my uncle ended up selecting that one. It's from non-assisted to full nursing care so they have the whole range. The foyer and the apartments were very nice and very spacious. The food and dining room was adequate. The menu was varied enough and I thought it was very good. Everybody was very helpful and very nice. People came up to my aunt and uncle and greeted them and wished them well because they thought they were moving in. They had lectures, yoga, card games, bingo, movies, organized wine tastings, all kinds of social activities. "

"I did a tour of Jacob's Tender Loving Care Assisted Living Facility. It's like a brand-new home, their regular bedrooms; It was very nicely done. It's new from what I hear, that's why it's beautiful. The staff, a mother and a daughter; They were both very nice, and they seem to know their business. It was nice, very clean, and nice-sized. The bedrooms and stuff were nice sizes. It was a corner lot, so it was a big, big place. They had a pool in case you're interested; I thought it was interesting. The dining room is nice and has a big table. It was spacious and good sized. It felt very homey."

"We have chosen The Palms at Plantation for my parents because it's close to our house. We can just go over there more times a day. The staff members were very knowledgeable about the subject and had a lot of experience. Each person there was pulled from another facility, so they all had long-term experience. They have all kinds of activities. They have nursing staff like RNs besides LPNs. They have an activity director, too. The director has been very knowledgeable and helpful."

"One thing that impressed me with it is that each apartment has a washer and dryer. The staff was very pleasant. We had a lovely luncheon there including wine. The food was excellent. People were happy with it."
