"Brennity at Tradition was very nice. It was also beautiful. The staff was very nice. They were lovely. The rooms for their independent living were very nice and large. However, the rooms in the assisted living were so small and not acceptable. "

"My mom has moved into Lake Forest Park. It's fine. My mom likes it, and it's close to us. I'm only five minutes away, so that was another selling point. They have different activities every week. They call it happy hours where they do different things, like people come in, play music, and sing. They also have bingo, Scrabble, and puzzles. They have a big puzzle table. They take them on outings to different places during the week. Today, I think they were going to Applebee's to eat if they want to go. My mom is not a big eater, but she loves breakfast. The breakfast is fine. They fix her what she wants for breakfast. Sometimes she eats dinner. If she doesn't really want anything, she has stuff that's already in her refrigerator that she can eat at night if she doesn't feel like going downstairs to eat. In terms of cleanliness, they come through once a week to wash her linens and clean up around there. They vacuum and change her bed once a week. The staff members are very attentive."

"When we visited Brookdale Palm Beach Gardens, it was just starting its renovation. It took them a good year to finally get it totally renovated, and they did contact me numerous times to come in, have lunch again, sit and talk, and see that the place had been renovated. I never got back in to do that. I saw their plans for the renovation; they were really nice. It seemed that it was going to look good, but I never really get back there. I had lunch there, and the food was fine. "

"I visited Pinelake Gardens and Estates since it was near my daughter's place. It was a wonderful environment to move in. You could have your own place and hire someone for the maintenance of the yard. The place I wanted had three bedrooms, a den, formal dining area and a family area. I liked it because it was big and roomy. The facility was attractive and well-maintained. The atmosphere was quiet and there was no traffic. "

"I am in the assisted living section of Harbor Place at Port St. Lucie. I chose it for myself because it is very friendly and clean, and more like home living. We have living rooms, and I get three meals a day. It was also one that I could afford. There are activities that I can do. I am legally blind, so they have accommodated me in their activities to help me so that I can take part in them. We've had a few problems when they were getting a new roof, and the roofers happened to cut into their sprinkling system, so there's been a little bit of a backlog, as far as our meals are concerned. There's some construction going on now because they're trying to remedy what was done. There's been a lot of damage done to the kitchen area and whatnot, so we have had to put up with maybe food taking a little longer than necessary, and sometimes with food coming out of the kitchen a little bit cold. The food is cooked nicely, though, and if we could just keep it warm, that would be even better. The staff is wonderful. They have been very accommodating, so I like them very much. I love their activities. We have something going on all day long. From 10 o'clock on, we are busy, and I try to join in whenever I can. They don't give me meds or anything like that, but I do use their pharmacy, and I use what I can from the facility's physicians."

"I lived at Savana Club for about five years. It had many amenities that kept us busy. They had their own employees that kept the grounds, trees and grass clean. "

"Everything that I saw at Baxter's Adult Living Facility was good. The staff who assisted me with the tour was very good in giving me information. She was very friendly, very accommodating, and very welcoming, even though she didn't know that I was coming. I liked the upkeep of the place. It was very clean. The rooms were neatly kept. The furniture was beautiful. I liked it a lot."

"I visited this facility to look for a place for my aunt and fell in love with it for myself when I am of age. This Space is really polished, Clean and smells refreshing from the moment I walked in. You can tell the staff were passionate about the care of their residents and treated everyone that walked through the doors like family. We were also able to taste some of the food that was certainly cooked with love, it was very tasty! There was a nice size enclosed patio and activities such as miniature golf and a walking trail. I'm still touring others, but it's on the top of my list, even for myself."

"La Posada is a buy-in. It was very nice and elegant, but you have to come up with $250,000 to start. It is in a great location right by the Palm Beach Gardens Mall. The facility was pretty new with nice enough apartments. The main functioning rooms were elegant. The exercise rooms were tremendous. Everything was in great condition, but if you put that kind of money on the table, you expect it to be nice. They had nice, well-organized apartments with decent kitchens. Some of them looked out over parking lots, but quite a few of them looked out over a narrow lake built right around the facility. The facility was attractive. I walked through the dining room which had the biggest, most elegant buffet I've seen in a long, long time. It was exceptional. The food presentation was tremendous in a very beautiful dining room. "

"The Inn at La Posada was above average. While we were there, we toured the facility and we sampled some food. The landscaping was amazing! Theres a couple lakes and the grass is well maintained. The amenities included a dining hall, a community area, a multi-purpose wooden floor room, and a couple other nice things. The food was average, and the menu was decent. The staff was very nice, and gave a great tour. In the end we did decide to put her here because the fees weren't too bad, and I really like the area it was located in. It was crazy close to the Gardens Mall, only a 5-10 minute walk! Also, the area outside was pretty well populated, and there was a lot of traffic, so you wouldn't feel lonely, but my grandmother really did not like all the noise and lights. That is the only reason I did not give this place a 5 star. Other than that it was a really great place, and everything was great! The employee who met with me and my grandmother was very kind and knowledgeable. The facility is well located in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens behind the Gardens Mall and close to her family "

"Devonshire is gorgeous. My big objection to it is that it’s in the middle of nowhere. It’s in a golfing community that includes clubhouse membership, and a golf course membership; which, I don’t even care about. The rooms were fine. This is the crème de la crème, and it’s like a super-wealthy resident constituency. It’s hard to find. The staff was wonderful. I stayed overnight, and the food was excellent. It’s got everything. It’s like a colony in the middle of nowhere. "

"I toured Arcadia Gardens. They have just about everything. There seems to be a nice blend of people, mostly older women and a lot of them are on canes and things. They take nice care of themselves, but they have everything in there. They even have a movie theater, a restaurant, and a bar. I could see them drinking; they had cocktails hour. They have art classes. They have a gym, a library, and a room where you can meet people. For business or anything, you can use that room. Even more importantly, they have a wonderful staff who are very refined and welcoming, and they treat everybody very, very nicely. I looked at the one-bedroom and it was absolutely beautiful. It had a splendid kitchen, just right for an older woman. It had everything in it, all brand new stuff. It also had a screened-in porch, which was a very nice size for a small apartment. They have one bedroom, one bathroom, a huge storage closet, and a nice clothing closet. They have a very nice living room area and a dining room area as well that's connected. The kitchen has a counter and they had stools set up on the other side of the counter so that you could look into the kitchen. It was just beautifully done, and everything was sort of sparkling in there. The whole place is immaculate, which is very important to me. I'm a neat freak. Everything was just splendid. It was just lovely. There's parking like they have in the airport or in a lot of shopping malls where you're under the roof. You put your car there and it'll be safe and it'll be kept nice. It's beautiful. They invited me back to enjoy the music that they had there. There are terrific musicians. The people play cards. There's a little room to play cards. There's a big recreation room where they eat dinner and stuff. They have free breakfast, but I have to pay for my own Wi-Fi and electric utilities. "
