"We have the VNA, and they are very good. I would recommend them very highly. They offer a caregiver also, which comes every 3 days. I have the care manager coming in Monday. I am going to have an interview to see if I can get more help for my wife, which they say that they will probably give me more help. The VNA is very good."

"Trilogy Home Healthcare was recommended by my mom's doctor. We were able to get an aide within a day. They provide us with RNs, an occupational therapist, a physical therapist, a home health aide that comes and bathes Mom, and a social worker. They're very precise and always checking up the appointments. They understand what my mom's needs are. They're always on time, and they are very professional. If I have a problem, I know who to call. If my mom would ever have a problem going to the doctor, they have a mobile doctor that could come to the house."

"We are using Interim HealthCare of Port St Lucie, FL for my mother-in-law. They provide help with occupational therapy and physical therapy. I believe they are also sending a nurse three times a week to assess her feet and to re-apply bandages two to three times a week. For the most part, the caregivers are okay. We have had some issues with scheduling. We want them there between 10:00 and 2:00, and there are times when they cannot accommodate those hours. And it gets a little frustrating at times. They seem to be very competent, and they know what they're doing and saying. They need to improve more on scheduling towards the customers' desires."

I have never seen such kind and caring nurses and staff. They even sent a physician to my home for an appointment when I couldn't get out to see my doctor. I would recommend VNA to anyone.
