An RN at Horizon filed a false complaint with DCF against my mother for self-neglect even though Horizon already provided my mother with an aide. The DCF officer said the complaint was baseless and closed the case almost immediately. My mother has an aide 7 days a week and doesn't need more. I cancelled service with them and went with another agency.

I had a caregiver , Darlene, while my permanent one was out on sick leave. I received excellent care from her, even though she was temporary. She gave the best there was to give. She was excellent in everything she did with compassion and professionalism. I couldn't have asked for anything more. The services I receive from Horizon Home Care always exceed my expectations. I would recommend Horizon and Darlene without any hesitation at all.

My elderly mother was a patient at a hospital in Palm Beach Gardens. It was apparent that she needed some additional care. When I contacted Care Management, the very knowledgeable social worker recommended Horizon Home Health without any hesitation. Within minutes, Paulmi was "on the case." She was compassionate, efficient, and results-oriented. Within less than an hour she had identified a great CNA who started just a few hours later. There are so many home health care companies in the area and it's so often hard to know which one to choose -- NO LONGER! We will always use Horizon. They are now about to provide additional care to my Mother now that she is back at her Assisted Living Community. What a relief to know this business! Thanks so much.

The staff at Horizon Care Services is amazing! From the initial phone call to meeting with the team and the care provided, everything exceeded my expectations! Their entire staff is compassionate and patient, arrives on time, and is willing to do whatever necessary to keep your family member comfortable. They will treat your loved one with dignity and respect, as if it was their own parent. If you are considering a home care agency, look no further than Horizon!

Horizon health care providers took care of my father for two years. Their CNA's were very professional and took excellent care of my father up until the end.
