"HarborChase has always been a wonderful community, but the new management team has taken it to the next level! The staff is more attentive than ever, communication has improved, and there’s a renewed sense of warmth and energy throughout. My loved one is thriving, engaged in activities, and truly feels at home. It’s clear that the new leadership is dedicated to excellence, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and experience. "My mother has been a resident for over a year after spending 11 months at two other facilities. Palms Edge is much nicer than her two previous locations. My mother is clean and cared for, staff is friendly and gets to know both the residents and their families. When an issue arises, they are quick to notify as appropriate, with explanations; this can be a medication change, a minor injury, or other problems. I have been there at various times, during and outside of business hours and have never had an issue that was not quickly and correctly resolved. The facility director and nursing director are both very knowledgeable and accessible to the residents and families. I'm very thankful that we found Palms Edge to care for my mother as her health is declining."

"My mom has been at Moore Care for several years now. We're pretty satisfied with where she is. I think she's been there the longest more than anybody. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer's last 2009 and we were new to it all. We just had to scramble really quickly and find a place. The first place we had didn't work out at all. With Keisha, it works for us. It's not also far from where we all live. When I was there, I've seen the food. It looks pretty good. I would eat there but that's for the residents. Mom is on a particular type of diet but then they do a little appetizing kind of meal, not bland. She has trouble swallowing so she prefers soft stuff. They also exercise range of motion but my mom is unable to do all that stuff. I don't think she's able to walk that far anymore. She's in her wheelchair now. But they get her up the walker and walk her up and down the front of the facility, that's probably the best that she can do. We just get her in and out of there. My mom has come to life. Couple of times she's been in the hospital, wasn't even talking and we were already making arrangements to bury her. She went back to Moore Care with hospice. They spent with her a little more time and more care has really brought the best out of her. I can't thank them enough for what they've done to my mom. I'd refer people there if they ask me a place for their elderly parent or loved one. We're happy with them. I'll give them 5 plus stars. "

"My mom moved into Courtyard Gardens of Jupiter. It's an assisted living community, and we have Mom in the memory care section. You can have private or shared rooms, and they're very nice. The dining area is nice, and the food seems to be good. Everyone I spoke to seemed very friendly and very caring about the residents there. A big bonus is that it's five minutes down the street from where I live. They have bingo, they have people come in and sing, and they have a happy hour every day at 3:00 p.m. It's not necessarily alcohol, but they get together, and they usually have a singer or some entertainment come in. They do day trips to stores, they take them to picnics, to see the Nutcracker at Christmas time, and they took them for rides around to look at Christmas lights and decorations. Yesterday they were doing exercise in their chairs, they sang, and they asked them questions to keep their minds active. I've been really happy with the care she's getting. Its very clean, the pictures they have up are very pleasant, and its a very homey atmosphere."

Everyone is involved... The owners, the directors, the nurses, the cleaning staff, and even the chef...all greet the residents and guests with a smile. It makes a true difference when people love what they do, and the employees make this facility top notch! Thank you Argo! "

"Brookdale West Palm Beach was excellent, except I told them the truth about my friend's income, and they gave me a price that was too expensive. So, I had to reach out someplace else, but I would have put my loved one in there, however this is what they did after. After I went with the other place, they called me and said that they would match it. That isn't the way you should do business. It was closer to my house and I liked it better, but they reached out for $5,000 a month and he doesn't make that. The staff was fine. The room I saw was a studio apartment. It wasn't as good as what I got at the other place. I think they had more things for him to do. They had a beautiful art room with an art teacher. He would have loved that. I liked it."

"If I could make my choice, I would choose Tequesta Terrace. They looked really beautiful. I had a very good experience there. The lady was very well informed and experienced. She knew the community very well. She took me on a tour and I saw several meeting places. I was very impressed with the layout of the place. It's on two floors and they have several meeting rooms on both floors so that I liked. The room I looked at was tiny and not as good as the other ones I've looked at. They showed me a larger one that somebody was living in and it would be nicer. The small one may be just fine because I don't want my husband to stay in the room. I don't want him to be too comfortable because he needs to socialize. I want him to be with people. They had a coffee chat session where they go and talk. The staff showed me a huge list of activities for the week. She also showed me a very nice theater where they can go and watch movies. The dining area was beautiful; it was small, but they had more than one. They had a room off of it and it could be used for meetings and families. They have everything, so I was impressed. They were setting up their gym and it seemed fairly well equipped. They have a lovely terrace in the middle. It's a beautiful place. Each room that I saw had an enormous closet."

"We are impressed by The Capstone at Royal Palm on a whole. It is within close proximity to where my sister is living. My sister would be able to go and visit and help my mother get established down there, so it's mostly proximity to a relative's location. Everything is nice. You have a nice one-bedroom with a separate living area and a kitchenette. It is a nice-sized space. I forget the actual square footage, but it is very adequate. It has nice sunlight. It overlooks a garden outside. They post a monthly schedule of activities on each day, and they have trips off the grounds and everything else, so that's what we really wanted for my mom, because she had been living alone, and we wanted a little more socialization for her, and it seems like they have all that. Every staff member we met was very nice and they seemed concerned. I haven't eaten there, but when I speak to my mother, she says she's enjoying the food, so that's saying she's happy there. As for the condition of the facility, it's very clean and neat. Everything is relatively new. It's a very good price."

"I'm definitely going into Meridian at Lantana independent living. I was able to visit, and I liked everything about it. They were doing some renovations on the rooms and the pool area. I was able to get a good look at everything, and it's very homey. It looked nice and clean. It wasn't too big, and I didn't want a large place. I was very satisfied with the staff and the people I talked to, so I'm set: this is where I'm definitely going. Because of COVID, their dining area is limited just to residents, so they made me a lovely lunch to-go when I left, and they have a very good chef. When I was there, people were sitting, talking, and walking. They have a lovely courtyard where they could walk around. They also have a lot of activities that are available. The layout of the facility is exactly what I want; I liked that very much. I didn't see all the rooms and everything, but it looked generally clean overall. That's why I decided I'm going there."
