"We visited Brookdale Palm Beach Gardens. My dad liked the vibe of it. The people are very friendly. It was affordable for him, and they had a beautiful room available. Everybody was great. The facility was a little dated compared to some of the newer ones, but overall, it was very, very clean. My dad would get a 1,100 square foot three-bedroom with two full baths. The atmosphere felt like you were on vacation."

"Discovery Village at Palm Beach Gardens had three levels of care. They had an indoor swimming pool with their PT department. The room was very spacious and very open. It's an open concept and had wonderful bathroom amenities and walk-in showers. The staff was very nice, very friendly and very outgoing. Everybody we passed in the hall said hi, how are you and introduced themselves. It was very nice. The dining facilities were very pleasant and very comfortable. The smells were good. It was clean and tidy."

"My mother has been a resident for over a year after spending 11 months at two other facilities. Palms Edge is much nicer than her two previous locations. My mother is clean and cared for, staff is friendly and gets to know both the residents and their families. When an issue arises, they are quick to notify as appropriate, with explanations; this can be a medication change, a minor injury, or other problems. I have been there at various times, during and outside of business hours and have never had an issue that was not quickly and correctly resolved. The facility director and nursing director are both very knowledgeable and accessible to the residents and families. I'm very thankful that we found Palms Edge to care for my mother as her health is declining."

"My mom has been at Moore Care for several years now. We're pretty satisfied with where she is. I think she's been there the longest more than anybody. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer's last 2009 and we were new to it all. We just had to scramble really quickly and find a place. The first place we had didn't work out at all. With Keisha, it works for us. It's not also far from where we all live. When I was there, I've seen the food. It looks pretty good. I would eat there but that's for the residents. Mom is on a particular type of diet but then they do a little appetizing kind of meal, not bland. She has trouble swallowing so she prefers soft stuff. They also exercise range of motion but my mom is unable to do all that stuff. I don't think she's able to walk that far anymore. She's in her wheelchair now. But they get her up the walker and walk her up and down the front of the facility, that's probably the best that she can do. We just get her in and out of there. My mom has come to life. Couple of times she's been in the hospital, wasn't even talking and we were already making arrangements to bury her. She went back to Moore Care with hospice. They spent with her a little more time and more care has really brought the best out of her. I can't thank them enough for what they've done to my mom. I'd refer people there if they ask me a place for their elderly parent or loved one. We're happy with them. I'll give them 5 plus stars. "

"We decided to move my parents to Symphony at Stuart because the room was bigger and the people were nice. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They have different activities going on all the time. They have activities every week, sometimes three times a week. They have crafts, a cooking class, a gym, and people who come to sing, play music, and dance. They have happy hours on Friday. They just had a tea party and Mardi Gras this past week. The food is not that great, but they're improving on that because there's been a lot of complaints about the food being overcooked. They keep the facility nice, clean, and neat. We're getting what we pay for, so the price is okay and right for them, but some people might not be able to afford to live there."

"The building of Brookdale Stuart is newer. The rooms are smaller, but they're immaculate and they're all updated. As a resident moves out, they redo the rooms completely. So, it has fresh paint, new carpeting, and everything. It's an excellent facility."

"I like the fact that Argo Senior Living at Haverhill Road is small. There are only 34 people there. I liked the fact that most of the people are capable of going to the dining room to have their breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are people in wheelchairs as well, but you can communicate with them. There is no sign of dementia or anything like that. The residents, as well as the marketing director, were very pleasant. Margareth was very pleasant, very professional, very understanding, and very easy to deal with. I like the accommodation. I like the studio. I thought my sister would be comfortable in it. It's more expensive than what she pays right now. Margareth was very nice that on my way back, she gave me a ride from Argo to the place where the TAPS transportation was waiting for me in Boca Raton. After my visit, we communicated a little longer through text, and it was always pleasant and professional. When you come into a place, you see if people are happy or are unhappy, and I would say that these people were happy, calm, and content. They were at home. Physical appearance was great. There were no smells of any kind. It was nice and clean."

"I appreciate Sodalis for taking good care of my aunt. She doesnt need me as much and i can go back home with peace of mind that she is being taken care of. My aunt says it is comfortable, staff is wonderful and it is a very nice place to be"

"Brookdale West Palm Beach is a very nice place. It's big, and if you walk from one area to another on a rainy day, you don't get wet, which I thought was nice. They have a pool, and they were renovating it, I believe. There's a library, and I think they had a barbershop as well. We looked at their independent living community for my brother, and the person who gave the tour was wonderful. We sat down with him for a while, and we spoke about what we needed. He was very good, and he listened and offered what we actually needed. We just felt that the place was too big and offered more than my brother would need. I believe they had an entire kitchen area, which is one of the things that we said my brother doesn't need. He just needs a refrigerator and maybe a microwave. It was included in the apartment, and there was a stove, too. Everything was clean there."

"My friends thought The Capstone at Royal Palm was too expensive. It was nice and brand new. It just recently opened. Everything was very nice. It was just different, maybe with the presentation they gave my friends because I was with them. I preferred the other one better. It was clean. The room was a good size."

"I went to Bella Mar at Royal Palm Beach. I did not dislike anything. I didn't think it was an overwhelming experience, but I thought it was a good experience. The room seems to be accessible. The director who assisted me during the tour was very good. He was friendly enough, and he interacted with his staff. The facility seemed very clean. They have a gym and an outdoor space and offer therapy."

"The Rooms are spacious. The activities are great. The food is good. The area is nice."

"My aunt is currently at Senior Paradise ALF. The community is beautiful, well-kept, and very clean. It's in immaculate condition. The staff are excellent. They're both very caring and very nurturing. They take them shopping and if they need to go anywhere. The dining area is very small, it's like a private house. So, it's a very homey atmosphere that you get. The dining area is very clean and family-oriented. My aunt is a vegetarian, so they make her special food."
