"I went here after rehab. It was very nice, the food was great, and the people were nice. They had breakfast and lunch at certain times. If you're not able to go to the dining area, they will bring it to your room. It's a very clean facility. They had nurses on-staff and a hairdresser. I felt comfortable there. Everybody was polite. They would have vendors come in, and the residents were active."

"I toured The Pointe at Ocean Boulevard. It was great. They have great programs, great staff, you could tell everyone that lives there seemed very happy, so obviously the place promotes all of that, and the people feel at home. They're not in that place just to age there, they feel like they're at a house, and that's the thing that's very important for the elderly. They have a pool, they have exercises, they have movie theaters, they have a library, nothing but amenities and activities, and a calendar so that everyone can be aware of what's happening."

"I placed my mother here. It is a very nice community. They seem to be very attentive to their clients, and the clients seem well cared for. I see lots of gentleness and smiles. It looks very good. So far, they have been wonderful. My only complaint is that they had five admissions on the same day, so it was a little confusing the first couple of hours."

"Meridian At Lantana was a very nice facility. It was kept up nice. They offered me food, but I declined. It kind of reminds me of apartment complex. They have an over-55 community attached to the assisted living part. That is interesting, but it works for them. The tour was nice, and I really enjoyed that one. The staff members were pretty good. I like the layout of the facility and how they kept it organized and neat. I had an opportunity to talk to the chef and the food preparers. They gave me a good rundown on the menu, and they showed me the specialty foods and how they treat the residents there. I thought the customer service was really good."

"The Sovana at Stuart was very nice and very clean. The staff was very professional. The seniors who live there were also very nice. The room was very nice and very updated. It had a lot of updated appliances. The space was enough for me. They don't really have dining. They have events there that, if somebody's coming to speak, they may bring some food, but you're on your own for your food there. They have a cafeteria area, but they don't serve breakfast, lunch, or dinner."

"My mother is in Brookdale West Boynton Beach. The nurses are great, and the aides are good. They have bingo, black jack, and they do the rosary on Sundays. The staff is very attentive and caring. The food is good. There's a 24-hour nurse available, which is perfect."

"I like the facilities at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach, I liked the activities, and I liked the staff. The only negative is that they didn't have any rooms on the first floor, so you would have to get in an elevator. The reason that's more of an issue for me is because my grandmother had a fear of elevators, so every time she wanted to leave or get a meal that would be a challenge for her. I don't feel like I interacted with the staff quite as much as I did in the other place. They were really, really friendly at the other place, and at Grand Villa they were a little more standoffish. It doesn't necessarily mean that's a negative. They didn't have a gym, but they had a salon, a pool, really good services, lots of games, happy hour and cocktail parties. They seem to have a lot more activities than the other place I've visited."

"My tour of Baxter's Adult Living Facility was fine. They have 4 or 5 people in a private home. They have round-the-clock care. They were good. It was nice and clean. The people were very nice, but it's just not for my friend. She likes being in a bigger community where they do a lot of different things. The layout was perfect. I would have lived there. It's a beautiful home. The staff members were professional, knowledgeable, very kind, and loving."

"We moved my mom to The Maydson at Palm Beach Gardens a few months ago and we couldn't be happier! The staff is simply the very best from the front desk all the way up to the Executive Director, Tim. The building is kept spotlessly clean. Phyllis is the Activities Director and can be seen running wonderful programs and assisting residents with a smile. Andrew is one of the caring drivers who has driven my mom to appointments and made her feel safe. The Aides and Nurses are so good too. They care with dignity. Amelia is head of nursing and always answers my emails. Genny is the Business Office Manager and is helpful and knowledgeable. "La Posada was a retirement home. You had to buy-in or rent. The apartments were very nice. The staff was very courteous and very polite. The facility was very nice and the services were excellent. They had doctors and attendants. They had an exercise room. They had activities and they provided two meals a day. It was a beautiful facility. "

"I had a very fine visit at La Posada. It’s a beautiful facility with lovely rooms. I ate there, and the food was very good. They also have beautiful activities. I saw people playing cards and some going to the gym. Overall, it's a wonderful place. "

"Devonshire was an excellent facility and had really nice people. They were very polite and we knew a lot of people who lived there. The accommodation was beautiful. They had all the amenities. We thought it was a delightful community and it was perfect place. "
