"I visited and it looked nice. The apartments were very nice. The room was beautiful, it was well decorated, it had a brand-new kitchen, new floors, and the bathroom was all new. It was really nice. I didn't see much of the staff, it was just a woman who took us around. They had a pool, they had a gym, and they said that they played cards there, but I didn't see that because of the COVID. It's near shopping, the food store and it's near my doctors, because I live in Delray and it would be very convenient. I'd be able to keep with my doctors, but they didn't have any storage for other things, like for suitcases and all that."

"We went to Cresthaven Senior Living Community, and we really liked it a lot, so we signed up with them, but right now my brother is in the hospital and having very serious health problems. Hopefully, we're going to go there next week; I really like it. The people were very nice, and they had a lot of men, so I'm hoping that he can find a friend or something. We went there because they also take Medicaid. They also have a memory care system and physical therapy. It is all in one place, and that's really why we chose them, because of all of that. The rooms are beautiful. It's an old place. Everybody has been a big help. I appreciate it. They have a lot of activities. They supply all the furniture, which I thought was fantastic because it's very hard when you have to keep moving furniture and stuff. Hopefully, this is going to be his last place. Even if he goes into memory care and runs out of money, they take Medicaid, so that is another big plus for us. The rooms are all really good sizes. They are very large and have two closets. They supply the bed and even the TV. It's got a kitchen area with a table and chairs. It's like your own little apartment. It's very big compared to all the other places we have seen. The staff members are very informative and understanding. My brother was supposed to move in weeks ago, but he has been in the hospital, and they keep moving the date farther and farther away because we don't really know when he's going to be able to move in. They have nurses on staff 24 hours a day, so I like that also. I enjoy the staff. They're very helpful."

"Elison Independent Living of Lake Worth is beautiful. The tour was great. They explained everything to us. I saw the dining room, and it was very nice. It was exquisite and beautiful. I saw the menu, and it was a topnotch menu. They had a lot of activities. The place was beautiful; it was really nice. The room was very nice, spacious, clean, and bright. It had a balcony and a kitchenette, so it was like you have your own condo. It was really independent. However, it was not for my father. I think he needed medication management, and that was not offered there. Nevertheless, the place was very well maintained. I wouldn't mind living there. The staff who gave us the tour was great. She was nice."

"We like Palomino Gardens Retirement Community. It's new, so it's very beautiful. We ate there many times, and it was wonderful. The people were lovely. The apartments were all very small, but they had everything. They have a convenience store, a hair salon, and a movie theater. The dining room is open almost all day long, you can eat 24 hours a day."

"My dad was not agreeable when discussing any change in his lifestyle . He cooked and drove and managed. It was a constant worrisome situation after my mom passed. My Dad is now here and has a renewed outlook on his life. He loves the food, the housekeeping and feels that he is part of this family when we are not there. Great reviews"

"It would have been my second choice. It was the 3rd floor and the better view. They couldn’t change the wall color; I would have to repaint it myself. I felt it was awfully yellow and didn’t match with the rug. They have a hot tub which I’m going to miss. They said they could get us to the doctor we were used to. The staff was wonderful to us."

"I chose Stratford Court of Boca Pointe because I needed to have my mother close by. They care for my mother. The only objection that I have is that she's not in a larger apartment. She's currently in a studio, which is just a very small area. I realize that when you're at my mother's age you don't need a lot of space, but it was a shock for her. However, the care is good, they keep track of her, and they take her downstairs every afternoon for lunch. The doctor has also seen her a couple of times since she moved in and it's very good. I would rate the staff a five because they're attentive, available, and accommodating. The only activity my mother wants to play is bridge, so they try to get her to the independent living side because there's no other people to play with on the assisted living side. Their price is just about the going rate."

"It is a very nice and upscale place. My mom is in a clean and nice quad room where there are four beds. They have bingo, an Elvis impersonator, and they play cards. They also have a lady selling jewelry and a pool for the residents. They also have a library and a lot of places to sit, and an atrium with plants. It's a really pretty place. The staff is nice and polite, but they're not very helpful or informed with what steps need to be taken, like they don't guide you very well. That's the one complaint I have."

"I toured it and it could be one of my favorites. The only thing that I did not like was that it didn't have a full kitchen. They have two meals, the linens are cleaned, they have hurricane windows, and they do a cleaning. Another thing I like is that there is an emergency phone cord in the bathroom and the bedroom, which is very good. I like the place. Rachel was very, very nice. She was great; she took me around, showed me some things, and said new things would happen. Also, she sent me a thank-you card, which was nice. The dining room was very nice. It was big. It had nice tablecloths. The tables were all set and done. They did have a beauty salon there. They also have a gym, so you can go there if you need physical therapy or use the gym. It wasn't big, but you could still do it. They had a theater room. They have arts and crafts. They have outings, so the bus would take them shopping, to the mall, or something like that. They would have a schedule and a calendar, and you can decide what you want to participate in."

"They treat your family member, as one of their own. My grandmother loved the staff, always had a positive interaction with them. She especially loved the dog/emotional pet time. When they brought the dogs around, it made her day every time. I also, have nothing but the best to say. The staff truly cares about the patients and you can tell 100%. "

"I had my mother-in-law at Park Summit. The place is very nice and they have good food. She was there a year and a half, and the facility is very beautiful. The staff seemed very efficient. She had a private room and it was very nice. "

It was very nice. I would have left my aunt there as an assisted living except they did not accept VA help. I would definitely recommend this facility to others."
