Boynton Bay Apartments

I have been living here for almost 20 years, and I've never, ever had an issue with Boynton Bay Apartments (okay, maybe a couple of former staff employees). Whenever I have called the office for maintenance assistance, it has been immediately provided. Immediately! This weekend was the same. From late Friday evening through the weekend, my air-conditioner hadn’t been working properly (inability to change temperature). I didn’t think an urgent weekend repair was needed because the 80° stable A/C temperature worked fine with my several fans. However, yesterday, the wired wall control panel became unchangeable and uncontrollable. This morning (a Sunday), Dennis came by and wonderfully and quickly fixed it. Thank you again, Allen, and thank you, too, Boynton Bay.

after 18 years living in my apartment the manager agreed to replace the carpet on the living room only and refused to replace the bedroom. how would any body feel about that. I like to know.

The staff at Boynton Bay Senior Rental Apartments are very, very good. They're helpful. When I sit out there at my little patio, everybody talks to me. When I go for a walk, people stop and talk to me. It's a very nice place to live in. I have my own apartment that's very clean. My living room is huge and so is the bedroom. They're very well-lighted. There are windows, and outside the windows, there are flowers and trees. The kitchen and bathroom are small but I don't need a big kitchen. Last Friday, we had a fish fry. On Sunday, we have what they call a Pink Lady tea, and a bunch of us went out to dinner together. I like it here very much. I would recommend this facility.
