"I toured Vi at Lakeside Village. The food is good. It's not a gourmet French restaurant or anything like that. What happens when you come in, they make sure that you are introduced to all the other people that live there as well as the staff, so that when you come in, you don't sit by yourself, you don't eat by yourself, and everyone is around you. Everyone is friendly. I wouldn't be going in there if I didn't have everything. The staff is friendly and learns everyone's name so that when they see you in the hall, they will call you by your name. The staff was wonderful. It's not far from where I am living now."

"My father has been at The Meridian at Lantana for two years. In that time, he has, on occasion, required additional, or special, attention. The staff at The Meridian have been responsive, compassionate, respectful and professional. It is so important for family members to know their loved one is being cared for. We appreciate the care he has received."

"We toured Stratford Court of Boca Pointe. The information was complete regarding what they provide and the facets they have, as far as the future, as more help is needed. It was very informative. They told us the pricing structure and the different options that we would ask for. Garrett took us on a tour of the library, game rooms, and the bistro where they eat. The thing that struck us was that as we walked around the facility, the people volunteered the fact that they loved it there, and there couldn't be any better. You learn more from the people who are there."

"I really liked Grand Villa of Deerfield Beach. Their memory care facility seemed extremely nice as well. The staff was helpful. They have a well thought out program for caring for the seniors. The rooms were excellent. It was spotless. The dining area was very nice."

"I'm moving into Elison Independent Living of Lake Worth. They have many services that I would be able to use. I would have a large one-bedroom apartment whereas where I'm living now, there is only one big hotel room. The living front living quarters are much, much bigger and nicer at Elison. I have tried their food, and it was excellent. There were many activities. The staff members were so nice. They couldn't have been nicer. They're very nice people. The place was beautiful. It's a very big, beautiful place. It was the only one I looked at, and I liked that so much that I didn't want to look at anything else."

"This facility is the best that you will find anywhere. Spacious apartments, huge walk in closets, three meals plus a pantry where you can avail yourself of a snack, a sandwich, fruit, and water. Many activities which include trips and lunch out on Fridays. Staff is exceptional. Always ready to assist you."

"They treat your family member, as one of their own. My grandmother loved the staff, always had a positive interaction with them. She especially loved the dog/emotional pet time. When they brought the dogs around, it made her day every time. I also, have nothing but the best to say. The staff truly cares about the patients and you can tell 100%. "

"My parents moved into Waterside Landing, and they love it. The place is nicely renovated. My parents' apartment looks over the lake, which is beautiful. They have all the facilities that you need. My parents love the food, so they're just happy. They are in independent living with assistance from the nursing staff if needed. The staff members were amazing. They've made the transition easy for my parents and made it easy for me, even being out of state. They have multiple activities every day. They have a pool, a workout room, clubs, and entertainment. They have Medicaid."

"I went to Brookdale West Palm Beach. Everything was located very nicely. The apartment size was very good; I like that on the independent living side. The staff was very nice, and they were a very inclusive group of people. I had lunch, and then I had an afternoon pool party. The lunch was very delicious, and they had a large selection of meal choices. The outside pool party was just hamburgers, hot dogs, salads, and whatnot, but it was catered. There was music and everything. It was very, very nice. The common area was very lovely. They had different events that they hosted. There was a nice piano, and they had people in there who entertained them. It was very, very nice. I enjoy the social aspect of everything. It's very, very good."

"We visited the independent living community of Independence Hall. It's an older building, but it's very nice and they have renovated the entire place. The staff was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. We had lunch there, too, and the food was excellent. The rooms themselves were very nice. We looked at a 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom apartment. You bring your own furniture in."

"I like the marketing director at Springtree Senior Living. She was very pleasant, very professional, and nice to talk to. It is big. It's a 140-people community. I didn't like the accommodations so much because they have four people in four different corners, but then in the center of it all, there is a common living room. To get out of the apartment, they have to get through that living room. Out of these four-people apartments, two were studios and two were single rooms, but they were very small. Upkeep was excellent. The place looked excellent, nice and clean, and had no smells of any kind. It was very welcoming. They had a beauty parlor and an exercise area. They were good enough to give me copies of their menus, so I can share them with my sister. I think it was a pretty good-sized dining room. I just didn't particularly care for that big community. I thought a smaller community feels homey."
