"We are using Interim HealthCare of Port St Lucie, FL for my mother-in-law. They provide help with occupational therapy and physical therapy. I believe they are also sending a nurse three times a week to assess her feet and to re-apply bandages two to three times a week. For the most part, the caregivers are okay. We have had some issues with scheduling. We want them there between 10:00 and 2:00, and there are times when they cannot accommodate those hours. And it gets a little frustrating at times. They seem to be very competent, and they know what they're doing and saying. They need to improve more on scheduling towards the customers' desires."
