They are professional and timely so I can get to work on time. My mom was resistance at the whole idea of having a caregiver but now she loves her caregiver which makes this very nice for the both of us. The caregiver interacts with my mom and talks to her all day. They go for walks, do puzzle books, watch old black & white shows on TV, which my mom loves.
