It's been six months since we started using VIP America LLC for my husband, and it's been working well. The only thing is the CNAs that they send us live quite a ways away. It takes time for them to come, so they have to think about that each time, and then we pay mileage also. That's why we've chosen a second one that's local, but we still plan to use them. Their services include providing just whatever is needed, like giving him a little meal if they're there for those hours, making sure that he walks without falling, and helping him to get into bed. We've had a couple of different caregivers, so I have somebody that comes each morning to get him ready for daycare and somebody scheduled every other Sunday. It's been as needed. There's this other gal too that comes to shower or bathe him in the morning and that's five days a week. We're very, very pleased with it.

We hired the service of VIP America for my mom. The lady that we have as caregiver is excellent. She's very good with my mother and patient when she takes her for walks and helps her bathe. I make all the meals and the caregiver makes sure she eats them, and she takes my mom out to lunch once a week. My neighbor also comments about how when the caregiver takes my mom for a walk, she really pays attention to my mom. I thought that's wonderful. The agency's scheduling has been good so far. The cost is expensive, but they were more knowledgeable than the other agencies I have interviewed. They help me get a doctor if I needed one to come to the house. They also help me with VA issues so my mom can get benefits that way.

My mother is under the care of this company she & I are very pleased with the care given to her. The staff has been so helpful above & beyond on the care to our needs. They are professional and timely so I can get to work on time. My mom was resistance at the whole idea of having a caregiver but now she loves her caregiver which makes this very nice for the both of us. The caregiver interacts with my mom and talks to her all day. They go for walks, do puzzle books, watch old black & white shows on TV, which my mom loves. They get her breakfast, lunch, snacks and sometime dinner for her and clean up. I couldn't be happier. The company is very knowledgeable in services I didn't even know about that can help my mom, I can't say enough how wonderful they are. When the time comes that she can't bath or get dressed on her own they will help assist her in that daily task as well. My mom is 90 almost 91 and it so nice to see her so happy when I get home. I would recommend their services to anyone who will ever need their services and support. The staff from the interview process to the caregiver assigned was very easy. I met with someone on a Friday morning and had a caregiver assigned and ready to start on Monday.
