"I lived at Savana Club for about five years. It had many amenities that kept us busy. They had their own employees that kept the grounds, trees and grass clean. "

They gave me a tour of the place and explained everything including how it was to live there. I also met some of the residents and they were very welcoming. The place is very clean and well-kept, too. I like the place. They also have activities and things for you to do."

"I like that Baxter's Adult Living Facility is very much a home setting. It's smaller. They don't have as many residents there. The staff was very personable, very comforting, very friendly, and paid a lot of attention to my aunt. I like their facility. It's very clean, very comfortable, and very welcoming. When I got there, the residents were watching TV, a couple of them were sitting at a table with each other, and another gentleman was out watching his Westerns."

"I visited this facility to look for a place for my aunt and fell in love with it for myself when I am of age. This Space is really polished, Clean and smells refreshing from the moment I walked in. You can tell the staff were passionate about the care of their residents and treated everyone that walked through the doors like family. We were also able to taste some of the food that was certainly cooked with love, it was very tasty! There was a nice size enclosed patio and activities such as miniature golf and a walking trail. I'm still touring others, but it's on the top of my list, even for myself."

"Alto Stuart was very nice and very clean. The person we talked to was very professional and there was not too much that we didn't like about it. The rooms were sufficient, for sure, and clean and spacious. The living atmosphere was nice. The community layout was very acceptable and very nice. The dining area looked comfortable and pleasant."

"I visited Pinelake Gardens and Estates since it was near my daughter's place. It was a wonderful environment to move in. You could have your own place and hire someone for the maintenance of the yard. The place I wanted had three bedrooms, a den, formal dining area and a family area. I liked it because it was big and roomy. The facility was attractive and well-maintained. The atmosphere was quiet and there was no traffic. "

"I toured Sonata Vero Beach and it went fine. It was very clean. There was a woman they hired singing in the lobby while I was there. There were a lot of activities going on. Everybody was out and about. It was very nice. I looked at the studios and they were empty and small. So, you have to bring your own furniture, but they were clean. The staff who assisted me with the tour was very nice and knowledgeable. There was a little courtyard."

"At Heritage Plantation, they're very nice and very cordial people. I feel like I'm home already. They're very neighborly. I haven't moved in yet, but they're very nice people. I feel like I'm with my family already. It's very comfortable there. It is a mobile home park. You buy your trailer, and you pay monthly rent. They have a pool and just all kinds of things going on over there all the time, constantly. The staff is there all the time. They're always doing yard work. They're sending brochures or emails about things going on. Their mobile homes have different layouts. They're all different kinds of shapes, sizes, and older or newer. It still depends on what you want. It's top-notch. It's perfect. It's ideal. You can get on your bicycle and run around, or you can get to your golf cart and move around, or whatever you want to do. It is very nice. You can have your pets. You can walk your dog in the park. I love it because I have two cats, and I like my animals. It's very nice and cordial. The facility is clean, up-to-date, and beautifully maintained. It is gorgeous. There is a beautiful fountain in the lake, and the fountain is going constantly all the time. They're maintaining the property beautifully. The staff members are very nice people and very cooperative. They want to help you with everything. All you do is talk to them, and they get things done right away. They're very helpful people."

"Mom moved to Lexington on the 1st of the month. The club had a lot of things for the seniors to do. They had transportation and recreation. The people were very friendly and the people that worked in the office were very helpful. She was in a convenient location for shopping. My mom got a one-bedroom apartment with a big kitchen, living room and bathroom. It's a beautiful facility with a swimming pool, a hair salon, library and a chit chat room. I think my mom is very satisfied there. "

"The only one that I liked so far was Indian River Estates. I liked the way it’s set up, and I like that they start with independent and assisted living and then go into nursing where the majority of the others don’t. The sales person was very courteous. The rooms were beautiful; you’ve got a choice of what you want. It’s expensive because you start with buying into the place, and then you pay out. If you run out of money, they don’t kick you out. They have any kind of thing you want enter into beautiful library. Your meal in the evening is free, and you have a choice of what you want. Everything about it is great. I have a friend while is moving in there in January. "
