"I like that The Harrison of Stuart is clean and organized. I got there at lunchtime and the menu looked good. They have a lot of personnel. They have a lot of activities. I like the room. I only talked to the one person who gave the tour. He explained everything. The people were really good."

"Alto Stuart was very nice and very clean. The person we talked to was very professional and there was not too much that we didn't like about it. The rooms were sufficient, for sure, and clean and spacious. The living atmosphere was nice. The community layout was very acceptable and very nice. The dining area looked comfortable and pleasant."

"My aunt is currently at Senior Paradise ALF. The community is beautiful, well-kept, and very clean. It's in immaculate condition. The staff are excellent. They're both very caring and very nurturing. They take them shopping and if they need to go anywhere. The dining area is very small, it's like a private house. So, it's a very homey atmosphere that you get. The dining area is very clean and family-oriented. My aunt is a vegetarian, so they make her special food."

"I went to The Palms. I thought they were lovely, and if I decided I was going to go, that's where I would probably would move to. It was very nice. They were roomy. The lady over there was very nice, but like I said, I was not ready to go yet. They had a pool and a clubhouse. They had games like cards and things like that. The staff was very nice to deal with. "

"My father moved to The Broadmoor Assisted Living Community. Of course, because of COVID, we physically can't actually visit, but everyone we've worked with has been very helpful, very cooperative, and they've stayed in touch with us if anything occurs with him. They've been really helpful for us at every turn. Those that we've had contact with have been very forthcoming and really going above and beyond to help us out. I was not able to tour. Because of COVID restrictions they're being very, very careful with their residents and not letting anyone in unless they were previously tested for COVID. Right now of course we're very happy with what we're getting, but of course our contact is extremely limited. They did give us a full informational packet about what was available. They have a hairdresser who comes in and does clean their hair and what they have in the rooms and when the laundry is done; things of that nature. "

"I briefly looked at Brennity at Tradition in Port Saint Lucie. We looked at it, and that seemed brighter, airier, and definitely newer. It has very nice staff. The people that I spoke to were very nice. The dining area is very nice. It is very bright, new, and aesthetically pleasing to look at. It is in a very nice community. The design of the area that I did see is very well laid out. It is very warm, homey, and very pretty to look out. It is very bright, light, and very inviting that it felt like a hotel. I think they are nicer looking. I don't highly recommend anything because I don't feel I know enough about them, but I would say that people could definitely put that on their list on the ones to look out. "

"The visit here was OK. People were nice, and it was OK. It seemed a little crowded for me. I didn't look at the individual rooms, and I was just in the main area. It is typical, and I wasn't overly impressed. I thought it's just typical of what I have seen else in other cities. I was more impressed with the staff. They were very nice, very cordial, and very helpful. As for activities, I didn't go into any details with them about that, and it was just more of scoping it out. I think it was the staff that stood out here. I'd say they can look into it, but I don't know if I'd say that is the one they can go into. "

"The staff at Brookdale Tequesta was very nice, they were very helpful and the facility seemed very clean. We looked at a shared apartment but it's just very small, and I don't think its right for my sister. The layout of the place was fine; it had a courtyard in the middle. I especially liked the sitting areas, there were lots of them. I met Corey, but I didn't really want to get close to anybody else because of COVID, and she's really good."

"Atria Park at St. Joseph’s was the one that I liked the best. The staff was terrific. It fit the patient in every way they performed, and I was very impressed with the staff. I thought that they were very nurturing, and in his final days it would have been the perfect spot for him. The community did well as far as their social aspect. I really can’t think of anything more other than the fact that it was handy to the family. "

"I was interested in independent living at Mangrove Bay. It's very upscale and very nice. However, it required an upfront fee, and you rent the apartments separately. The apartments were nice, and the staff members I saw were all very nice. It's right on the inland waterway and beautiful. You couldn't ask for a better location. It's off Highway 1. They have an outside pool, water exercises, happy hour, a bar area before dinner if you want to meet your friends, card tables, room where you can play games, and a library."

"My uncle is staying at Luxe Senior Living at Jupiter. He's in a 2-bedroom apartment. The care is really good. My uncle has no complaints. Everything seemed nice. The staff was nice. The apartments were clean. My uncle said the food is pretty good. His room is comfortable. They have a nice exercise room and movie room. The cafeteria is nice. They have lots of spacious outdoor areas to walk around. It is part of town. You can get anywhere in 10 minutes. The facility is only about five years old. It's expensive, but for a 2-bedroom, it's reasonable."

"My mother is in Brookdale Vero Beach South in the memory care section. I like it because it's a smaller place. I feel that she gets more personal attention there. The staff seems to be very tuned in to her and her needs. The food seems well balanced. My mom seems to eat well there. I've eaten there a couple of times and the food was good when I was there. Before Covid, they did go on bus tours. They talked about picking that up again, but I don't think that started yet. They would go to different ice cream shops, to the beach, and things like that. It's kind of on hold right now. Compared to other places, it's very expensive, but overall it's fair."

"Can't say enough about this place. My mom spent 6 months at HarborChase, where the staff became her 2nd family. The transition from home care to assisted living is never easy, especially when your family all live out-of-state, but from the moment we visited, we could tell this was the right place. Tammy, the Director of Sales, showed us around, understanding my mom's apprehension, she could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. Mom immediately knew this was the place for her. Tammy connected us with the proper people to assist in furnishing her new apartment and moving her belongings in. From there, Susan, Director of Resident Care, took over, helping setup all of my mom's medical needs, from medication to OT/PT to doctor visits. Kevin, the Executive Director, could not have been more helpful and understanding of our needs. Whenever an issue arose, Kevin was there to personally deal with the problem. From wheeling my mom down to her meals to assembling her new walker and teaching her how to use it (on a Sunday no less), he could not have been more hands on and caring of his residents. In my mom's final days, Susan and her staff were always available. As we shifted my mom over to hospice care, Susan ensured my mom could stay in her apartment and was as comfortable as possible. While the facility is beautiful, the staff was exceptional. I knew my mom spent her final days in a loving and caring environment."

"I visited The Cabana at Jensen Dunes, it was very nice but more expensive. When I walked in I just said "Wow!" It's very ritzy, there's a private area below that you can take your loved ones to eat, or to have a happy hour, or ice cream hour. It's very fancy, the staff is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very good. They have a library, sitting room, and garden area. They do laundry and housekeeping."
