"What can I say, Yvonne took the best care of my Mother. There is one on one interaction and Yvonne is very good with her patients. The facility which is a regular home is set up to par. The place is clean and you can see Yvonne takes great pride in her business. I thought my mother would only be there 6 months but ended up there for 3years. Will always refer Bater Assistant Living. Thank you Yvonne for the angel you are."

"I like that The Broadmoor Assisted Living Community is a smaller facility, and the people are very, very nice. It's a nice facility. It's not one of the newer ones, but it accommodated my mom because they allowed her to bring her dog with her. Her room is the size of a bedroom, and she has her own walk-in closet and her own bathroom. The staff is very nice. They're very understanding, very patient, and knowledgeable. The location is pretty central, it's convenient. I don't think they have activities recently because of COVID. The value for the money is good."

"Great facility- my loved one has been at The Manor for a while now and the care they receive gives me peace of mind. The staff is attentive and friendly. No place is perfect however when I stop in my loved one seems content and makes me feel like I made the right choice."

"The Brennity at Tradition had full kitchens, which is nice, but they only offer two meals a day. The staff was wonderful. My brother and I got invited to something that they were having that night, an entertainer, and they told us to come back and check it out. The food was wonderful. Everything was clean. They had big rooms. It was just a little bit more expensive. Everybody was wonderful."

"Lake Forest Park was clean, well-kept, and up-to-date. The room was roomy enough that my mother-in-law could fit a king-sized bed in the bedroom. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. Anything we had to ask as far as what meals were included and housekeeping and all that was answered efficiently."

"Brookdale Tequesta has been a great experience for our loved one. The staff is professional and personable. They have been a delight to work with from the very beginning. It has been 3 months to date at this facility. What great peace of mind knowing our loved one is being cared for in so many ways. There are many opportunities for socializing within the facility (ie daily games & exercise times along with so many other opportunities). Truly a great staff that cares! I wish we had moved our loved one sooner to Brookdale!"

"If I could make my choice, I would choose Tequesta Terrace. They looked really beautiful. I had a very good experience there. The lady was very well informed and experienced. She knew the community very well. She took me on a tour and I saw several meeting places. I was very impressed with the layout of the place. It's on two floors and they have several meeting rooms on both floors so that I liked. The room I looked at was tiny and not as good as the other ones I've looked at. They showed me a larger one that somebody was living in and it would be nicer. The small one may be just fine because I don't want my husband to stay in the room. I don't want him to be too comfortable because he needs to socialize. I want him to be with people. They had a coffee chat session where they go and talk. The staff showed me a huge list of activities for the week. She also showed me a very nice theater where they can go and watch movies. The dining area was beautiful; it was small, but they had more than one. They had a room off of it and it could be used for meetings and families. They have everything, so I was impressed. They were setting up their gym and it seemed fairly well equipped. They have a lovely terrace in the middle. It's a beautiful place. Each room that I saw had an enormous closet."

"As a resident here, I have had nothing but a pleasant experience! The rooms are well kept, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. And I have made plenty of friends!"

"My mom moved into Courtyard Gardens of Jupiter. It's an assisted living community, and we have Mom in the memory care section. You can have private or shared rooms, and they're very nice. The dining area is nice, and the food seems to be good. Everyone I spoke to seemed very friendly and very caring about the residents there. A big bonus is that it's five minutes down the street from where I live. They have bingo, they have people come in and sing, and they have a happy hour every day at 3:00 p.m. It's not necessarily alcohol, but they get together, and they usually have a singer or some entertainment come in. They do day trips to stores, they take them to picnics, to see the Nutcracker at Christmas time, and they took them for rides around to look at Christmas lights and decorations. Yesterday they were doing exercise in their chairs, they sang, and they asked them questions to keep their minds active. I've been really happy with the care she's getting. It’s very clean, the pictures they have up are very pleasant, and it’s a very homey atmosphere."

"We toured Mangrove Bay. It's the most expensive, but it's the one that we like the best. It's really bright and it has a lot of amenities. They said most people in their facility don't go to assisted, what they've got there is if you need help, they have a couple of agencies they can refer you to, and then you could get care for about $20 to $25 an hour, so it's an a la carte care where you're paying for services as you need them, whereas a couple of the other places charge depending on the level of care you need. They have a pool and they have really nice grounds. It was bright and there were a lot of rooms and places to congregate and do things. For us, an attraction there was that it has a full kitchen. It wasn't huge, but it had a kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator and so on. They're remodeling them and they do a nice job of remodeling them before people move in. We loved the units that we looked at. They were updated. Their representative was very knowledgeable. She worked in the field for a long time. She was very well informed. The one thing that they have is a food allowance and it's two meals a day. If you don't use it, you can upgrade the meals if you have money left on your account, so that appealed to us. They have a higher-end menu. They offer breakfast and dinner. They don't offer lunch, but they have like a deli where you can get food. They have a lot of people that just retired, so they're in pretty good health. The place was very well kept. They seemed to be updating. "

"Addington Place of Jupiter was very luxurious and very clean. There was nothing I didn't like about it, except the rooms felt a little small for my dad. The staff was wonderful. The facilities were top of the line. They were very nice and very up-to-date. The rooms were adequate. They had full kitchens. It was nice."

"Luxe Senior Living at Jupiter was a newer building so it was nice and they had a few more amenities. They had an exercise area, a library area, and a theater. The two-bedroom apartment was in really good shape. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable."
