"What a lovely place. Mom has been here for a while. She really likes it here. She enjoys being with the other residents. The staff have always been very attentive and responsive. Haven’t had any issues. I would highly recommend."

"Brennity at Tradition was very nice. It was also beautiful. The staff was very nice. They were lovely. The rooms for their independent living were very nice and large. However, the rooms in the assisted living were so small and not acceptable. "

"It was very nice. They were very good with my sister; they explained things. They gave her a lot of different options. I thought it would be the best thing for her because it would have been a lot closer to me. I would have been able to help her more. They had a swimming pool, activities, and different things for her. They would have kept her well occupied. I wouldn't have had to worry about her; it has security. They showed us their kitchen and their eat-in places. The only thing is the front parking, where when you have people that are interested trying to find a place to park. Other than that, there wasn't any problem. The manager was very good. Both of the young ladies that we talked to were very good. They had the answers to all the questions, and they were very well prepared for the different situations. "

"The staff at Brookdale Tequesta was very nice, they were very helpful and the facility seemed very clean. We looked at a shared apartment but it's just very small, and I don't think its right for my sister. The layout of the place was fine; it had a courtyard in the middle. I especially liked the sitting areas, there were lots of them. I met Corey, but I didn't really want to get close to anybody else because of COVID, and she's really good."

"Tequesta Terrace was very upscale and beautifully appointed. They're a little short staff, but the staff seemed very pleasant and engaged. They did not have a pool, which was a downside for me, and I have the feeling that they didn't have as many activities and events going on. Other than that, it's a lovely place."

"Courtyard Gardens of Jupiter was a beautiful place. It's immaculate. I just had a good feeling when I walked through the door. The apartments were very nice. They had a whole calendar of things to do. You could be as busy as you want or as idle as you want. Everybody has been very friendly and very caring. "

"My uncle is staying at Luxe Senior Living at Jupiter. He's in a 2-bedroom apartment. The care is really good. My uncle has no complaints. Everything seemed nice. The staff was nice. The apartments were clean. My uncle said the food is pretty good. His room is comfortable. They have a nice exercise room and movie room. The cafeteria is nice. They have lots of spacious outdoor areas to walk around. It is part of town. You can get anywhere in 10 minutes. The facility is only about five years old. It's expensive, but for a 2-bedroom, it's reasonable."

"My mother is in Brookdale Vero Beach South in the memory care section. I like it because it's a smaller place. I feel that she gets more personal attention there. The staff seems to be very tuned in to her and her needs. The food seems well balanced. My mom seems to eat well there. I've eaten there a couple of times and the food was good when I was there. Before Covid, they did go on bus tours. They talked about picking that up again, but I don't think that started yet. They would go to different ice cream shops, to the beach, and things like that. It's kind of on hold right now. Compared to other places, it's very expensive, but overall it's fair."

"I love the Brookdale Palm Beach Gardens. It's close to home. The place is very attractive when you walk in, and the people are so, so nice. Gwent, who is the sales manager, has just been so nice to me. I have a walking problem, so I walk with a walker and get around very slowly. When I came to visit him, he offered me a wheelchair. I took it when he showed me the apartment. I've met two of my would-be neighbors already. The rules and regulations, I don't think are too strict. I can't wait to move in. I'm really looking forward to it. I'm bringing some things over today so I can start. Things that are a part of what I'm paying for are breakfast and dinner. There's parking. I'm using uncovered parking, and I don't have to pay more for it. There's a post office, a hair salon, a gym, and a library. There is something like a delicatessen too. There's storage, so if you rent a room you can buy that. Somebody comes and cleans your apartment. If you want to pay for it, you can have your laundry done."

"I visited The Cabana at Jensen Dunes, it was very nice but more expensive. When I walked in I just said "Wow!" It's very ritzy, there's a private area below that you can take your loved ones to eat, or to have a happy hour, or ice cream hour. It's very fancy, the staff is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very good. They have a library, sitting room, and garden area. They do laundry and housekeeping."

"We are very impressed with Grand Oaks. The rooms are fine, and it has everything my loved one needs. She enjoys the meals in the attractive dining room. The services are very good. She likes the people and feels cared for, so it's all good. "

"Alto Stuart was very nice and very clean. The person we talked to was very professional and there was not too much that we didn't like about it. The rooms were sufficient, for sure, and clean and spacious. The living atmosphere was nice. The community layout was very acceptable and very nice. The dining area looked comfortable and pleasant."

"My tour experience at Royalty First LLC wasn't that great, but I got to talk with the owner and he filled me in. The staff member who assisted me wasn't that great. She didn't give me a lot of information, she just showed me around. I didn't think she was sure of what she was doing, so she didn't say a lot. The rooms looked fine. They were well kept. Everything was good, but I just wished they had a little bit more activities."

"Horizon Bay's memory disorder wing provided excellent care for my husband. Most outstanding were the actual caregivers who interacted with patients. The concern of each person in the wing gave confidence to those who were forced to place their loved ones in long-term care. "
