My father moved to The Broadmoor Assisted Living Community. Of course, because of COVID, we physically can't actually visit, but everyone we've worked with has been very helpful, very cooperative, and they've stayed in touch with us if anything occurs with him. They've been really helpful for us at every turn. Those that we've had contact with have been very forthcoming and really going above and beyond to help us out. I was not able to tour. Because of COVID restrictions they're being very, very careful with their residents and not letting anyone in unless they were previously tested for COVID. Right now of course we're very happy with what we're getting, but of course our contact is extremely limited. They did give us a full informational packet about what was available. They have a hairdresser who comes in and does clean their hair and what they have in the rooms and when the laundry is done; things of that nature.

Our community and programs are designed to keep residents cognitive, physical, and social functions at the highest level possible during all stages of the disease process. These modestly accentuated neighborhoods can comfortably and effectively accommodate residents with mild to advanced stages of Alzheimers, dementia, and other memory loss diseases. This enables each resident the opportunity to remain at home and to age in place during the latter stages of their life.
The caregivers at The Broadmoor take pride in preserving each residents quality of life, showing high regard for maintaining the utmost dignity and respect. To complement the caregivers, the ownership and management of The Broadmoor have well over 50 years of health care professional experience and with all that experience comes the belief and mission to truly make a difference in each residents life throughout their golden years.
