About The Broadmoor Assisted Living Community
The Broadmoor Assisted Living Community recognizes and embraces the special needs of people with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory loss diseases. We offer a distinctly fresh approach to the care and treatment of such memory loss diseases, through a uniquely designed, spacious environment for residents to call home. Our community enables individuals to live in a residential environment that provides the ultimate in security while fostering a nurturing lifestyle.
Our philosophy includes understanding the life-long stories, interests, and experiences throughout our residents’ lives. We encourage our residents, family members, and caregivers to live in the moment, which fosters enjoyable reminiscing of years gone by while creating new memories. In our totally secured and safe, home-like environment, residents are able to maintain their own unique identities, preserve their dignity, and keep as active as possible.
The Broadmoor Assisted Living Community is a distinctly different Assisted Living Community because it only specializes in the care of residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory loss diseases. The Broadmoor provides personalized care that meets each residents’ specific care needs. Our community and programs are designed to keep residents’ cognitive, physical, and social functions at the highest level possible during all stages of the disease process. The Broadmoor has three distinct neighborhoods which are anchored by a specially designed all-female neighborhood called Magnolia Terrace. These modestly accentuated neighborhoods can comfortably and effectively accommodate residents with mild to advanced stages of Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory loss diseases. This enables each resident the opportunity to remain at home and to age in place during the latter stages of their life.
The caregivers at The Broadmoor take pride in preserving each resident’s quality of life, showing high regard for maintaining the utmost dignity and respect. To complement the caregivers, the ownership and management of The Broadmoor have well over 50 years of health care professional experience and with all that experience comes the belief and mission to truly make a difference in each resident’s life throughout their golden years.
