My father moved to The Broadmoor Assisted Living Community. Of course, because of COVID, we physically can't actually visit, but everyone we've worked with has been very helpful, very cooperative, and they've stayed in touch with us if anything occurs with him. They've been really helpful for us at every turn. Those that we've had contact with have been very forthcoming and really going above and beyond to help us out. I was not able to tour. Because of COVID restrictions they're being very, very careful with their residents and not letting anyone in unless they were previously tested for COVID. Right now of course we're very happy with what we're getting, but of course our contact is extremely limited. They did give us a full informational packet about what was available. They have a hairdresser who comes in and does clean their hair and what they have in the rooms and when the laundry is done; things of that nature.
