"I have had family members in many nursing facilities throughout Palm Beach County. I believe Hamlin to be cleaner and more efficiently run than most. It is your job to ask questions and look out for a loved one that may not be capable. I was able to meet with the director immediately and let her know my wishes. My mother received outstanding care in a clean safe environment. "

"My grandmother was at this facility for rehab after her hospital stay. She had Medicare and so we had a lot of options when it came to selecting a place. We went with Medicana because another friends Father had been there and recommended it. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, the nurses were all very helpful and the therapists did a great job of getting my grandmother back to being her old self again! My whole family is so grateful for all that Medicana did for her and we would HIGHLY recommend it if you need therapy or nursing help. "

"It was very clean, and bright. People were smiling during our visit. The place didn't smell, and it was big inside. The nurses who worked there were all busy taking care of the patients, and everybody just seemed happy. They have a nice big area where the residents can go outside and sit. The administrator was also very nice. I was very impressed with the place. They have their menus up on the wall. They have choices that they can pick for what they want. They also have a craft room and a physical therapy room."

"I visit my mother at Consulate Health Care at least three times a week. It’s a great facility. The staff are excellent and very attentive. The rooms are fine. My mom was first brought into rehab and now they’ve moved her into long-term care. She’s doing physical therapy almost every morning. In the afternoons, they have someone who comes in and sings for them. Any events and birthdays they celebrate with a little party in the lobby. If something happens to my mom, such as when she fell trying to get out of her wheelchair, they call me immediately. When my mother broke her hip seven years ago, she came here to recover. My aunt who passed away years ago also stayed here, and she never ever had a problem. I love Consulate. I have no complaints at all. "

"The aides and nurses are very attentive at Wood Lake Health. There are lots of things to do, and it's a clean place. I'm in a nice and clean shared room with a roommate. It's not like an apartment because it's a smaller space, but it's definitely adequate for what I need. The location and the grounds are very nice, and include a couple of patio that we can use and a pond with a fountain. The grounds are well-kept, it's easy and pleasant to go outside in this community. I also think the value is pretty good here."

"My aunt is in Boynton Beach, and it is better in the beginning. The place is clean. Some of the staff is good, and some are not. They aren’t really that attentive; when she first came they were more so, and now that she is long term, she is not getting the attention. They had a very good rehab part, and they were very good with her there. "

"My Mother-in-Law has been a resident for almost 3 years and the care has been excellent. The staff is professional, caring and capable. We live in New England and it is good to know that they will call to inform us of any minor issue. The staff members have such a difficult job, but they all perform with a smile. The facility is also immaculate and the administrative staff are especially helpful. "

"My sister is in Luxe Rehabilitation Center at Wellington. The care is very good. She's very pleased to be there. She's a vegetarian and they give her wonderful vegetarian meals, and she said they're excellent. She's gotten good care for physical therapy. They have activities there, but she does not want to participate in them. They have a very nice dining room on the same floor, but she prefers to stay in her room. It's quite a very nice place. They have a number of activities with a calendar for the month so that the residents would know what's available each day."

"My 99yo dad has been a long term resident here for years. The diligent and caring nursing staff on the 2nd floor, now under the supervision of Supervisor Domita, has in effect kept him alive for years. He is now on the first floor and the care under Supervisor Richard is likewise excellent and prolonging his life. The nursing staff is always helpful and willing to provide updates. Also Patient Care Coordinator Julia also goes the extra mile and is a gem. I highly recommend this facility."

"Best Place ever! Clean, friendly and accommodating staff! They are on top of everything. I feel that it is very personal there. The rooms are average because they're small, but there are so many other factors that override that! I couldn't have asked for a more reliable and dependable place then where Mom is right now. "At Lourdes-Noreen Mckeen, they have bingo, Bible studies, and exercise class. They serve three meals and give them snacks during the day. The staff is awesome, so kind, and so nice. I’m there usually twice a week, and I interact with all the nurses. "
