"I only did a tour with the sales Director. He was very pleasant and the facilities seemed decent. The food was decent as well. Nothing special. I saw a couple different units and one of them was quite pleasant. The costs are high but that’s what you expect nowadays with inflation, having led to higher labor cost as well as upkeep, repair, overall facilities management. Location was good because it’s adjacent to a large city parking plantation which amplifies recreational potential. "

They have a special section for Alzheimer's patients and that is the only thing that I wasn’t really impressed with, but they've got good security. "

"John Knox Village was a nice facility; mom had a nice apartment. It was a very nice 1-bedroom, 2-bath apartment on the 8th floor. She had a nice view; she liked that. Being that she was independent, there was really no interaction, but they did have some activities that she could partake in. She got 15 meals a month of good food. The staff’s work attitude was very good. "

"We toured A1 Senior Living. My friend did not like it because it was more for memory care. I'm not saying bad about it, and everything was okay. We checked the assisted living area. The rooms were very nice. They're individual rooms. The staff who gave us the tour was very nice and very educated. They have enough amenities. The staff were very good."

I called and made an appointment for a tour.The facility itself is very nice. The receptionist was friendly. The tour guide was knowledgable and sympathetic. Their are private apartments as well as assisted living arrangements for those who require a more medical attention.The dining and recreational facilities were above average. I was impressed with this facility. It was much nicer than I expected and seemed well run.The pricing structure was a bit higher than I was looking for. I would recommend this facility to anyone who has the financial abilities and wants to place their loved ones in a safe and secure upscale assisted living facility. "
