It was very clean, friendly, and open. It was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very attentive and very nice. The facility was very nice and very secure. The rooms were very clean. They didn't have furniture. We have to bring in our furniture, but they're very open, big, and comfortable.

My loved one was here and it was horrific. People were kept unclean. The meals were horrible. It was like one aide for 12 to 15 people. There were no activities. The place was not kept clean. When you would get there to see your loved one, you waited sometimes for as long as an hour outside for them to open it. Her room was not kept up. It was old and dirty, mildewed, smelled and other residents would go at night and sleep in her bed even though she had a private room and they did nothing about it. They don't even have a medical director and they don't have an executive director. They need to change everything.

I toured. I did a tour with Summer, she knows all the members by name. They don't consider it as a facility, it's more of a community, and I saw that sense of community there. I also like the relationships she has with all of the members there. They talk to her, she interacts with them. She's not too busy for them even though she's on a tour. She does take time out to greet them and to hear what they have to say, I like that, while still keeping it professional. I also like how they were separated by cottage and by a level of cognitive requirements or what cognitive levels they were operating on. I like that a lot. Similar cognitive levels were housed together and it wasn't too big where people got lost.

My mother is in here. She likes it. She only speaks Spanish and there are other residents that live there that are also Hispanic, so she feels comfortable there having other friends like her talking the same language. I think it's very secure. It's clean. It doesn't look institutional. It looks like a home. It's very homey. They have activities every day. They're playing bingo. They bring singers and play music for them. They play bowling. They color and do arts and crafts. They do exercises. They have some stretching exercises as well. When there are holidays, like the 4th of July, they have good food, entertainment, and music for them. Value for money is very good.

I went here and spoke with the administrator. She was very knowledgeable. She answered my questions before I could ask them, so I was impressed with that. The facility was nice. I loved the fact that they were living in their own little place, kind of like in their own little pod, and that they could go and be on their own if they could. They could walk around the grounds and be outside. The staff was all pretty attentive. It was homey. I felt the residents were comfortable. In each pod, they had a common room. We are in Florida, so it's beautiful outside and they were having a party the day that I was there.

It was lovely. The staff was super. They have different cottages and they try to group the people according to their needs or their capabilities of doing things so that people of the same disabilities or having the same issues are kind of together, in the same house, and I think that's important. They had a lot of activity programs going on according to the schedule they had, and the staff was extremely pleasant and willing to show me the facility. Everything was very clean. I only spoke with the administration. I don't know anything about the rest of the staff that was there. I don't know their staff ratio, so it's pretty hard to rate them. The administration people were five-star by all means. They were very willing to share information, very willing to show you stuff, and they seemed very knowledgeable about what was going on and what they needed to do and safety mechanisms and things like that. I didn't talk to any of the staff in the facility that were taking care of the clients. Everything was kept up-to-date. It was secure and that was one of my issues. There was a lot of interaction from what I could observe for the little bit I was there. However, I had to provide furniture and linen. It was an arm's length of stuff you have to provide on top of the price you pay. I would have to go buy a bed, a dresser, and a chair. Whatever else I wanted in my husband's room, I have to haul all that stuff and have it there.

I toured for my mom. I find them to be more strict as far as us seeing her and taking her places. The lady who gave me the tour was phenomenal. I couldn't have been happier with her. The place was pretty clean. Memory care was separate from assisted living. It was nice that they had little pods where they were with the same people pretty much all the time. They were free to go about the grounds but these people were closer. What I didn't like was that it was dark inside and the closet space that they give their residents was about one and a half to two feet wide and that's it. The rooms were also very tiny. I saw the dining area and it looked OK. They were watching TV while I was there and one man was laying across the couch, so the others couldn't sit there. It seemed like the activities were fantastic, like bingo and exercises. A couple of the rooms that I saw smelled like urine. They would need to improve their lighting and closet spaces.

I was very impressed. There were several cottages with around 10 to 12 people in each one, depending on your level of memory care. Each cottage had its own facility with its own cook that was there constantly. Each cottage had its own activities on the level of care that the residents needed. It was clean and maintained very well. I have nothing negative to say about it. The staff was very caring. Overall, it was a good place.

I toured. I liked it. The staff brought me through and showed the memory care, and there were a lot of people there. She showed me the rooms and explained things and gave me the quoted price, and showed me the whole facility. The staff, Summer was excellent, very sweet. I think they have the different stages of dementia section, from just starting dementia, she explained all of that. They have different facilities, but I didn't go into all of that.

The staff is incredibly efficient and very caring and helpful with the residents. We definitely made the right decision in placing my mother in this facility. We couldn't be any happier! They have all kinds of great activities like exercising in the mornings, crafts, and dancing. They also have special guests come including a therapy dog. Everyone is always enjoying themselves when I visit. I especially like the cottage setup with a beautiful courtyard for the residents to sit and relax.

My mother was a resident at this location- and I couldn’t remove her quickly enough. The communication from the top down is almost non-existent - phone calls are not returned, emails unanswered, staff is uninformed. The only thing positive are the grounds and layout, but if the client is not mobile it doesn’t matter as the staff rarely bring them outside.

I had a very close family friend stay at this facility and they took great care of her. She had a private room. Staff seemed very nice, and the food smelt good. The place is very secure which gave us and the family great piece of mind and we had no issues going in to visit. They have a living room area for everyone to gather and socialize, and they have a nice outdoor court yard where we spent most of our visits. I would recommend this home for families having difficulty with loved ones suffering from memory issues.

Prior to a fall with head trauma, my Mother lived in a nearby assisted living and was very happy. Having lost her ability to return to that setting, I had a lot of concern about relocating her to a memory care facility. Soon after her arrival, I was reassured that this was a great place for her. The cottage setting, with well kept landscape was more like "home" than other places I visited. CNA staff for the most part is patient and caring. Any of my concerns have been addressed immediately, The nursing staff is extremely conscientious, the Director and Nursing Director are ALWAYS accessible for questions or concerns. The maintenance crew was amazing in getting Mom settled into her private room. Having an onsite hair salon, ability to provide some bedside medical services and activities starting up again post pandemic...all make this a great choice for memory care for your loved ones.

We chose here because it's a memory care facility. All the others I was looking at were 3 times more expensive, and once the door closed it was like you were looked in into a box. There were 16 people in each cottage, and they have like 4 people working in each cottage. So there are 4 people to 16 residents which is a great ratio. If my mom wants to go outside, she can go outside on the benches or gazebo. There's always somebody in the courtyard to watch her and make sure she doesn't fall down. It didn't smell. It smelled clean. When I went there around lunchtime and dinner time, the food smelled good enough where I could have sat down and had dinner. It had the ability for my parents to go outside for fresh air and wander around, not being locked in. The food smelled good and the place was clean. The activities director actually talks to you. She found out what my mom likes to do and what her interests are. It's an older facility, so some people might be disillusioned. It's not falling apart or anything. They also have generators.

My mom is in memory care. We haven't seen her, and we haven't been inside the facility -- we weren't allowed to come in. We haven't even visited her yet, but I looked at it before she moved in. They didn't want us to visit her but instead give her time and space, because otherwise she would want to leave with us. When I call the staff, they're very nice and say, "Do you want to talk to her?" They answer every question I ask them. I've been over there to drop things off, too, and they're very helpful. She's already had her hair done, so they did a good job. They even called me back to say she was very nice, and she didn't give them a hard time. I'm very happy with the place so far; I cannot complain. She's sharing a room with another person. They gave us a larger room with a lady there with her. They have activities, and they said they play bingo and stuff like that. They can go out to the courtyard; she has been to the courtyard with her friends to go for walks. They're in small cottages, there are fourteen of them in one cottage, but they all have their own rooms. They have a dining-room table with chairs, and then on the side they have a big TV and a couch. They eat in that same cottage where they're staying. There are five of these cottages. The yard is very clean, and they're very polite whenever I walk in the door. When I moved my mother in, the maintenance people came to my truck, and they took everything to her room. They're also the ones who put everything together for her. The pricing is also fair. I've seen places that are more expensive, but they don't look as good on the inside.

My brother has lived at a few different communities over the years. This experience has been our best. When I have any issues or concerns they are always dealt with immediately. The management team are great at communicating with me everything that’s is going on with my brother. I love that there are alternatives to the menu in case he doesn’t want what is served. I love that they include many musical activities as music is my brother’s passion.

We have chosen here. It looks like what we're looking for. They offer the same amenities as most of the others, nothing new or different but I like the atmosphere. The staff is friendly and very competent. We're just looking at the facilities from the outside.

We chose here for our father because he'd be able to walk outside freely. That's the main reason. The staff and rooms were great, and the nurses and everyone there was very good. I ate there and the food was good. They do all sorts of stuff, like they go on field trips outside. The most important thing is that they can go outside on their own unsupervised because everything is fenced in, so it's a secure community.

My mother is in here. She's in their memory care, and she is getting hospice care also from them. It's very well maintained and very clean. The staff is extremely caring and very concerned about her. They have it set up as seven small cottages and each has its own dining area. There's only a maximum of 14 residents per cottage, so it's very intimate. The activities are minimal because of the level of the residents. The pairs of cottages share a landscaped shaded area with benches and walkways between them. There's a common area with a television and games. They have an activities director who makes sure that the places are decorated and there's something special for all the major holidays. They also have a program with the local community college where they bring in youngsters who are prepping for CNA positions, and they work with the residents one-on-one for a week or two.

I love the concept of this community. It is amazing that the residents have the freedom to take a stroll outside yet still be safe from wandering. I would strongly recommend this community.

When I moved my Mom in last year it was wonderful!! My sister and I couldn't have been pleased more. We had the best 10 months!! Then in August, the changes of administration came with cut backs where the residents and staff were in jeopardy. The cottages are all full and pretty much only ONE caregiver are there alone. They are overworked and the residents are suffering as well. The place is now so filthy. We brought our concerns to the Administrator and the Nursing Director, but they acted like they just didn't care!! I had to move my mom out for her own safety. Very, very sad and traumatic...

My dad is here. It is great. The rooms are great. They're very clean and very secure. The residents go places. They do musicals, and they do different kind of things. Everything is great. The dining area is excellent. The staff is excellent too. It is a great place. I love it, and I even asked my husband, "Can we come and stay here?" The activities are great. They have a lot of people and a lot of staff members. The price is high, but you get what you pay for.

We chose here because it's like living in your own house. My mom-in-law is in one of the cottages, and it's a big house. The doors are not locked, and the residents can go in and out of the house. It's a gated community, so if you don’t have a code, you can't go in and out of the gate. They have a big outdoor area where the residents can sit down and watch the garden. The caretakers are nice. If there are any incidents we need to know, they call us. As far as it goes, we like it. It is a nice place. The residents in my mom's cottage are mostly mobile, and they can do things by themselves. They do their activities every day in the different cottages.

The smaller community living features are excellent and the secure gardens are beautiful and accessible, as it is a single storey facility. As it is a dedicated Memory Center, the ability to be placed with people of equal memory ability is a real plus. The only negative feature, in my opinion, was the extremely small bedroom sizes.

It was more money but very nice, and I really considered it. They had little apartments, a group living room, and a dining room. It had a homey atmosphere and was gated, so you can go out and wander but not go to an unsafe area, which was nice. The rooms were nice. The facility is a little small. A lot of the people were in the living room watching TV. They had a certain number of cottages and a certain number of people. They had activities. They start to cook the food in one area and finish it in the kitchen of the little cottage, so it smells like they're at home doing home-cooked meals.

The people were very helpful and they work with you. My dad lives there. They recently painted the building and it looks nice and neat. There is no smell. His room has enough space; he has a window and it is well-lit. They send you a calendar each month with the schedule and what they are doing. He says he doesn't really like the food, but he likes ice cream. The place is well-secured.

The Cottages didn't have the ambiance that some of the other facilities did. They spend all their money on the lobby to make a good impression on people, but when they come in, care is horrible. My girlfriend was in there. She had a roommate who had a stroke and couldn't feed herself. Nobody had time to feed her, and it seems that they just didn't care. So they delivered the food to her everyday then came back and took away the tray with the uneaten food after a certain time. I would not care to be in a place like that.

It has more of a family style setup where they have 14 rooms and they share a big kitchen and a living room. And it's all on the first floor. She gets up every morning, gets her breakfast or she can go walk outside with her walker. We're very happy with their service.
